This study was conducted to investigate the influence of Creative
capacity on improving the performance of Service organizations,
supposing that creativity in management has a clear impact in
improving the performance of the organization as well a
s it is an
important and effective means to achieve success and growth and to
increase the effectiveness of organizations.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a
questionnaire of 25 questions to collect preliminary data from a
sample containing 100 participants. During the process data were
collected and analyzed and hypotheses were tested out using SPSS
17.0.
