The purpose of this work is to develop a sensitive, selective and validated
stability–indicating HPLC assay for the analysis of aspartame tablets.
Aspartame and its potential impurities or degradation products are
analyzed on C18 Column using a mo
bile phase containing monobasic
potassium phosphate buffer solution (pH = 3.5) and acetonitrile (85: 15).
Telmisartan is an antihypertensive drug that inhibits angiotensin II
receptors type AT1. Studies showed drug interactions with different
potentials. This study was intended to investigate the role of some
active ingredients acting on influx, efflu
x and metabolizing
enzymes in intestinal absorption of telmisartan prior to hepatic-pass
effect. Intestinal perfusion with venous sampling technique was
applied in rats by perfusing telmisartan in intestinal lumen, and
measuring its concentration and amount versus time.
