The research evaluates the organizational culture of real-estate banks through evaluating its essential basics: training techniques, leadership styles, existing traditions and customs and employee satisfaction. Research results show that organizational culture is not convenient with Total Quality Management requirements. The research introduces a group of recommendations, such as: specify a clear plan of the bank that should be fitted with Total Quality Management, encourage forming the quality teams, enable employees to banking works and set modern training programs that contribute in confirming the quality culture.
