The study includes 27 patients seen in AL-ASSAD University Hospital – faculty of medicine – Tishreen university –Lattakia with gunshot sciatic nerve injury 11 of them have neurosurgery for nerve injury repair and 16 treated conservatory. All patients have regular physical therapy sessions for one year. The strengths of all Muscles which innervated by sciatic nerve branches have improved for all patients. The best improvement was seen at tibial branch innervated muscles and the worst was at deep peroneal branch innervated muscles. Also the improvement at sciatic nerve innervated muscles was better in conservative patients group comparing with surgical one. The best strengths were at semimembranosus, semitendinosus, and gastrocnemius musceles and the worst was at tibialis anterior muscle.

The new global trends Based mainly on innovation, in all industries including the banking industry. This imposes the need to keep abreast of recent developments within the available resources, and it creates a pressure related to many factors that ca use the imbalance in innovative performance, which is expressed by term the gap between innovation inputs and outputs. The research aims to study the relationship between the classification of countries according to the innovation gap, and between classified according to the components of the general framework of the Global Innovation Index (input, output, efficiency, innovation), and its impacts on the banking sector. To achieve this goal, data has been collecting from the official reports of the Global Innovation Index for 31 international and Arab countries, as well as the first banks and the most innovative ones, which numbered 17 banks. The results showed that the innovation gap does not evaluate the level of innovation in the country, but links to the value of the input and output and efficiency of innovation, also it does not represent an obstacle to the innovation ability in banks.
The pelvis anatomy and position, interact with the lumbar spinal organization in shape and position to regulate the sagittal balance between both the lumbar spine and pelvis. Sagittal lumbar-pelvic balance of the human body may be analyze by a pelvic parameters ( pelvic incidence (PI), and sacral slope (SS)) and shape of the spine (lumbar lordosis (LL) and spinal morphologic type). Hamstring muscle tightness (HMT) causes rotating backward the pelvis (retroversion) which decrease lumbar lordosis. We measure PI, SS, lumbar lordosis and spine type on lateral radiographs of 21 patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH) and 50 spinal healthy subjects and evaluate HMT by straight-leg-raising test (SLR-test). The lumbar-pelvis parameters for patients with DH demonstrated to have a mean PI, SS and LL equal to 48.85°, 37.9°and 47.28°, respectively, versus 52.24°, 42.88° and 59.24°, respectively, for the control group. Patients with a LDH were characterized to have PI, SS and LL significantly lower than the control group. Also DH group has a mean SLR-test equal to 74.85°, significantly lower than control group (82.24°). We notice also that spine type I and type II are more frequently in DH group. All results give that DH group has vertical spine more than control one, which mean that the DH patients have vertical pressure on lumbar discs more than normal subjects.
This research sheds light on an important sector of the national economy, which is the marine transport sector, because it provides many services. We studied the standards of financial and administrative estimation used in this sector in order to eva luate the performance of Lattakia and Tartous ports and check if these standards are suitable for the competing sectors. It becomes clear that the evaluation standards in both ports are not suitable to evaluate the performance; nor do they suit the new competitive environment of the two ports as a result of the competition of the international ports which offer high standard services such as speed and good quality. So, we must provide additional suggestions and other standards that may enhance the level of performance of these two ports and develop the quality of their services, such as the immaterial, qualitative and timescale standards, because these standards have a great role in improving the quality of work and performance. The concept and importance of the financial and administrative estimation and phases of financial and administrative estimation are explained in order to get the desired result of the evaluation and enhance the performance by showing the obstacles and deviations. This is to get the optimum methods to solve problems, show the efficiency in performance, and make sure to develop it in the future.
