This paper introduces Wn, a new Python library for working with wordnets. Unlike previous libraries, Wn is built from the beginning to accommodate multiple wordnets --- for multiple languages or multiple versions of the same wordnet --- while retaining the ability to query and traverse them independently. It is also able to download and incorporate wordnets published online. These features are made possible through Wn's adoption of standard formats and methods for interoperability, namely the WN-LMF schema (Vossen et al., 2013; Bond et al., 2020) and the Collaborative Interlingual Index (Bond et al., 2016). Wn is open-source, easily available, and well-documented.

Transformer and its variants have achieved great success in natural language processing. Since Transformer models are huge in size, serving these models is a challenge for real industrial applications. In this paper, we propose , a highly efficient i nference library for models in the Transformer family. includes a series of GPU optimization techniques to both streamline the computation of Transformer layers and reduce memory footprint. supports models trained using PyTorch and Tensorflow. Experimental results on standard machine translation benchmarks show that achieves up to 14x speedup compared with TensorFlow and 1.4x speedup compared with , a concurrent CUDA implementation. The code will be released publicly after the review.
The paper reports on an effort to reconsider the representation of some cases of derivational paradigm patterns in Bulgarian. The new treatment implemented within BulTreeBank-WordNet (BTB-WN), a wordnet for Bulgarian, is the grouping together of rela ted words that have a common main meaning in the same synset while the nuances in sense are to be encoded within the synset as a modification functions over the main meaning. In this way, we can solve the following challenges: (1) to avoid the influence of English Wordnet (EWN) synset distinctions over Bulgarian that was a result from the translation of some of the synsets from Core WordNet; (2) to represent the common meaning of such derivation patterns just once and to improve the management of BTB-WN, and (3) to encode idiosyncratic usages locally to the corresponding synsets instead of introducing new semantic relations.
Libraries and information centers are characterized with continuing changes and successive developments, notably the emergence of electronic libraries, which were an inevitable consequence of the evolution of information and communications. This h as led to radical shifts in the mass conservation and processing of information, and in the media-borne, and changed the forms of organization and information exchange, but no doubt that was a positive impact in providing appropriate information services and advanced to the beneficiaries. Electronic libraries has made it possible to provide the services that could not be provided and carried out by traditional libraries, and because of the features that are unique to the electronic library, making the presence of great importance both to the users, librarians and publishers.
Through our study, the HadoopOperationTesting software library has been developed to provide Big Data applications labs with a mechanism to test their applications in a simulated environment for the Hadoop environment with a similar mechanism to test traditional applications using the JUnit library.
A driving simulator is a combination of hardware and software that enables the user to navigate through a real-time computer-generated virtual driving environment. Driving simulators are very valuable for conducting driving studies that are infeasibl e or unethical to conduct on the road. For studies that can be conducted in the real world, driving simulators provide a more cost effective solution and allow a much higher degree of flexibility in terms of changing the conditions of the environment for experimental purposes. The corner stone when conducting any study on the driving simulator is the construction of a virtual driving environment that serves the purposes of this study. Even though driving environments can considerably vary between different studies, they all share the presence of common components that exist throughout the environment like roads, traffic signs and other components. The objective of this paper is to present the design of an object-oriented library that facilitates the construction of virtual driving environments when conducting studies on a driving simulator. The proposed library uses object orientation to hide implementation details from the designer of the environment which results in making the construction of such environments easier and more productive as well as their modification later if needed. The proposed library is based on the Java programming language and on Java 3D technology which makes it portable and usable on any platform that has an implementation of these two technologies.
