The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the effect of irrigation solutions on the dentin flexural strength .(20) extracted third molars were gathered with age avarege (18-24) years old, and the dentine bars that will be prepared and designed for study with similar dimensions (width 1 mm, thickness 2 mm, Length of at least 7 mm).
The present study aimed to compare the epithelium tissue of mucosa layer of gastrointestinal tract in three types of lower vertebrates: Scyliorhinus canicula, Sparus aurata, Salamandra infraimmaculata. The results of the histological and comparativ e study showed that the majority of digestion system parts were lined with simple epithelium tissue while others were lined by pseudostratified epithelium tissue. Goblet cells were distributed in all studied parts of digestion systems with density in some locations. Esophagus was characterized by ciliated epithelium tissue, and the tubular glands were presents in the stomach mucosa. Concerning the Lumina properia, it was visible in all digestive system parts with some differences according to the animal species studied.
Few researchers have made a comprehensive study of the morphology of the root canals of the primary molars. Thorough knowledge in internal anatomy of the primary molars is useful in reducing the problems of endodontic therapy arising due to the ana tomical variation in root canals, which are clinically difficult to be detected. Exploration the root canals of primary molars with regard to its number, variations, and accessory canals in the furcation region. the complication of the internal anatomy of primary molars causing complication in endodontic treatment so the results of this study suggest avoiding pulpectomy in primary molars where ever possible.
Ligating between brackets and orthodontic wire is considered one of the important factor affecting the frictional resistance during sliding movements. Aim of study: For these reasons this investigation aimed to compare the friction associating wi th sliding movement for two types of brackets : selfligating brackets and conventional brackets ; along stainless steel arch wires.
The specimen consists of 72 extracted teeth with curved roots (15-35)degree . They were cleaned and preserved in formalin for 48 hours. Each tooth was mounted in a self curing acrylic block. The samples were divided into three groups. Each group (24 canals) was instrumented with one of the systems (WaveOne, Reciproc, OneShape).
