يتضمن هذا البحث تحضير مُركب الانضغاط المغناطيسي عند النسب x= (0.0, 1.0) بالطريقة السيراميكية عند درجة حرارة تلبيد 1200 . دُرست بعض خصائصه البنيوية بتقنية انعراج الأشعة السينية XRD، والميكانيكية بتقنية تحويل فُورييه للأشعة تحت الحمراء FT-IR. وذلك بهدف تحديد سرعة وتردد الأمواج التي يمكن توليدها باستخدام المُركب المُحضر. تُظهر النتائج تَشكُل بنية السبينيل المكعب المميز للفرايت، وأن متوسط أبعاد الحبيبة من مرتبة الـ nm. كما لاحظنا عند النسبة x=1.0 زيادة في قيم كل من متوسط أبعاد الحبيبة وثابت الشبكة البلورية، وبالمقابل نقصان قيم كل من الكثافة، ومعامل يونغ للمُركب. تُبين النتائج أيضاً أن تردد الأمواج فوق الصوتية التي يمكن توليدها يقع ضمن المجالين kHz والـ MHz، أما الأمواج فوق الصوتية المتولدة من فرايت النيكل لها سرعة وتردد أعلى مقارنة مع الأمواج فوق الصوتية المتولدة من فرايت الكوبالت .

This work includes study of Co Zn-ferrite samples doped by Ni which prepared by Ceramic method. Then verified that it had spinel structure by using XRD. In addition we study properties such as electrical resistivity , electrical conductivity , dielec tric constant and loss coefficient. And also we have studied variations of this properties in terms of temperature at different frequencies in the range of (20 -105) Hz.

When an external forward electric field is applied an electric current IF will flow, helping in electron-hole which combination produc an additional cathodo-lumines-cence. the study of cothodolumines- cence intensity variations will give electronic properties and electric structure of the space - charge.
This work aims to find the differential scattering cross-section for X-ray scattered by aluminum target with angles in intervals in accordance to both polarization cases ( completely – partly). In addition, the relative scattered intensity and po larization degree have been presented as a function of scattered angles and the extreme values are found for each curve.
In this paper, we explore text classification with extremely weak supervision, i.e., only relying on the surface text of class names. This is a more challenging setting than the seed-driven weak supervision, which allows a few seed words per class. W e opt to attack this problem from a representation learning perspective---ideal document representations should lead to nearly the same results between clustering and the desired classification. In particular, one can classify the same corpus differently (e.g., based on topics and locations), so document representations should be adaptive to the given class names. We propose a novel framework X-Class to realize the adaptive representations. Specifically, we first estimate class representations by incrementally adding the most similar word to each class until inconsistency arises. Following a tailored mixture of class attention mechanisms, we obtain the document representation via a weighted average of contextualized word representations. With the prior of each document assigned to its nearest class, we then cluster and align the documents to classes. Finally, we pick the most confident documents from each cluster to train a text classifier. Extensive experiments demonstrate that X-Class can rival and even outperform seed-driven weakly supervised methods on 7 benchmark datasets.
Basalt is classified as a isotropic rock in according to its mechanical properties. But gypsum is considered isotropic transverse rock . coming the mechanical parameters values joins practice direction of parameters . By using a nondestructive me thod such as the ultrasonic test which depends on understanding the effectual of mechanical properties upon speed of ultrasonics inside rocks , one can indirectly predict the mentioned parameters Tests were completed within 35 gypsum and 11 basalt rocks specimens which collected by completions under the direction of General Organization for Land Development ( Directorate of Geological Investigation).
