In this research, the relation which describes the electric permittivity of emulsion was theoretically found. After that, a Matlab code was used to study the behavior of mixed permittivity changes versus the ratio between forming layer thickness around particle to its radius. We noticed from the graph that the contribution of heterogeneous term in electrical permittivity take values in the range corresponding to particle size in the range at definite value of concentration C =0.01. In addition, the contribution of heterogeneous term in electrical permittivity is proportional with the forming layer and inversely with particle radius. This study has multi-field application as: oil products, pharmacy materials, nutrients and cosmetic materials

Research over the past years has focused on electromagnetic waves and meta-materials. These structures are designed to give electromagnetic properties that cannot be produced by traditional, well known natural structures. Meta-materials obtain their electromagnetic properties from their structures, not from their components. Meta-materials have new properties that define different mechanisms for electromagnetic wave propagation. These materials have been studied theoretically and have been used in many applications, especially microwaves and photonic fields. This research depends on these kinds of material, explains them, and analyzes the electromagnetic properties that yield from putting columns from these slabs with negative permittivity and permeability coefficient (MMs) in a fractal distribution of a natural medium. This research also compares the resulting properties with the electromagnetic properties that yield natural materials distributed the same way. We use the HFSS simulator which depends on the finite element method for calculating transmission and reflection coefficient for these structures.
Electric energy is very important for sustaining the good life on the planet's surface, especially since civilization has become associated with this type of energy. Solar photovoltaic (PV) is one of the most suitable applications for converting sunl ight into electrical energy. The appropriate use of solar energy is an important topic for reducing dependence on fossil energy sources that are used to generate electricity, and thus reducing the emissions of greenhouse gases on the planet's surface. Globally, because of environmental conditions, other methods of generating energy being searched for that are less harmful than traditional methods, which rely on a large percentage of them on generating stations that run on fossil fuels. This research discusses electrical power generation using solar energy cells and the effect of these cells on the Syrian electrical grid so that a study of a solar energy farm project provides the data required when working on implementing such a project, and these data are voltage control, load flow, total harmonic distortion coefficient levels. To implement such a project, the model must be designed and we chose the ETAP program for that.
Operating the electrical power systems at normal conditions is our goal always. This is what represents the ideal state of electrical power system work. Hence, the electrical power system work in case of insufficient electrical power requires avoid ing since it leads to big losses in national economy. These losses could be huge when we talk about connection borders between systems as per overload frame, because of lack of electrical power request. The impact of these conditions could be noticeably decreased at a reasonable limit of electrical power request. When we find out the optimal solution of electrical power systems operation and the communication lines between them while considering the losses of consumers disconnecting that guarantee the stability of loads. Finally, it is so at full use of maneuver (available cases) spare power properties when applying the instant correction of regime. This paper studies the basic approach to solve these issues which imply the reliability definitions.
After that automation electrical power transfer stations towards to use intelligent electronic devices that are performing multiple functions : process protection, monitoring, control and use private companies manufacturers of equipment communicat ion protocols, so that need to build electrical smart grid that coordinate his parameters and support his devices. Search begins definition electrical smart grid and its importance, and includes the benefit of this electrical smart grid, the requirements and the careers then the specifications of electrical smart grid, at the end of the search: we compare between the electrical power transfer stations in electrical traditional grid and electrical smart grid.
A reliable and continuous supply of electrical energy is necessary for the functioning of today’s complex society. Because of the increasing consumption and the extension of existing electrical transmission networks and these power systems are oper ated closer and closer to their limits accordingly the possibilities of overloading, equipment failures and blackout are also increasing, furthermore, we have an additional obstacle which is that electrical energy cannot be stored efficiently, so, electrical energy should be generated only when it's needed. Due to the fact that world is facing a lack of oil reserves and the difficulties related to have alternative sources to generate electrical power, then, electrical load forecasting is considered as a crucial factor in electrical power system either from economical or technical point of view on both planning and operating levels. This research introduces a short term electrical load forecasting system by using artificial neural networks with a simulation in Matlab environment in addition to an interface for the system and all that is depending on previous load data and weather parameters in Tartous province.
