This study aims to identifythe effect of hearing impairment on the the development of communication of poor-hearing children. Validity and reliability have been examined for the instrument and were approved to be usedin the current study.The instru ment was developed by the researcher and consisted of (32) items. The Sample consisted of (50) families of the hearing impaired children. The most frequent problemswerethe child’s request for repeating the speech and were related to finding difficulties in continuing the conversation. The least common problem was that the child moved away from others. The finding showed that there were no significant statistical differences in the effect of gender of poor-hearing children on the development of communicationand in their parents’ educathional level.
The current research aims to identify the forms of aggressive behavior among kindergarteners and its relationship with some variables (the educationan level of the mother and the child's gender). A Random sample has been selected, which reached (10 0) boys and girls. The results were as follows: (1) the most prevalent forms of aggressive behavior of childrenwere; first, the verbal aggressive behavior; second, the physical aggressive behavior; then comes the symbolic. (2) The presence of statistical indicative differences between the two genders in the forms of aggressive behavior among kindergarteners aged (5-6 years). (3) The presence of statistical indicative differences in the forms of aggressive behavior depending on the educationlevel of the mother.
The research aims at identifying the level of the reality of the special services provided by the institutes of care for the visually impaired from the perspective of parents in the governorates of Damascus and Damascus. And it adopted a researche r on the descriptive approach, and formed the research sample of (115) guardian who have one child enrolled in a care for the disabled institutes visually (public or private), and in one of the provinces (Damascus or Damascus), and the researcher polled the views of parents about The reality of the special services provided by institutes of care for the visually impaired.

The researcher has found that the traditional teaching methods are less effective than the modern methods of using the social games to pass on to the child the knowledge and skills of the social communication
