هدف الدراسة: مقارنة تأثير تحديد السوائل الوريدية مع سوائل الحاجة اليومية في إنقاص مدة الدعم التنفسي , و مدة الإستشفاء بين الولدان المصابين ب TTN . طريقة البحث و المرضى: شملت عينة الدراسة 68 وليداً بتمام الحمل شخص لهم زلة تنفسية عابرة TTN مما استدعى استشفاءهم في شعبة الوليد و الخديج في مستشفى تشرين الجامعي باللاذقية بين عامي2016-2017. بالطريقة العشوائية وُزِّع المرضى إلى مجموعتين : 1- مجموعة 33 مريض طبق عليها تحديد السوائل عن طريق إعطاء 40مل/كغ/اليوم مع زيادة يومية 15مل/كغ/اليوم حتى الوصول إلى 150مل/كغ/اليوم كحد أقصى. 2- مجموعة 35 مريض طبق عليها سوائل الحاجة اليومية 60 مل/كغ/اليوم في اليوم الأول من الحياة مع زيادة يومية كالسابق. تم مراقبة المجموعتين لتقييم علامات التجفاف بشكل يومي (الوزن, الإدرار, الشوارد ,وظائف الكلية ,سكر الدم ,الكثافة النوعية للبول). و مراقبة اشباع الأوكسجين بالدم عن طريق غازات الدم الشرياني,و مقياس الأكسجة النبضي(pulse oximeter ), و تزويد الوليد بالأوكسجين عند اشباع أوكسجين <93% أو pao2 <50ملمز
Objective: To compare the effects of restrictive versus maintenance fluid in the management of transient tachypnea of the newborn on respiratory support and hospitalization duration . Methods: The study sample included 68 full term neonates diagnosed with transient tachypnea of the newborn(TTN) in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Tishreen University Hospital in Lattakia during (2016 - 2017) Patients were randomized into two groups: 1_A group of 33 patients received restricted fluid management of 40ml/kg /day on the first day of life increased by 15ml/kg/day for all patients until 150ml/kg/day. 2_A group of 35 patients received standard fluid management of 60ml/kg /day on the first day of life increased as mentioned earlier. The two groups were assessed daily for indicators of dehydration including:(weight, urine output, electrolytes ,blood urea nitrogen, creatinine , glucose and urine specific gravity)blood oxygen saturation was monitored by arterial blood gas and pulse oximeter and respiratory

The aims of the study is toassess the effect of implementing nursing policy (deep breathing exercises , the use of incentive spirometer and walking) on respiratory function among upper abdominal surgery patients.The sample comprised 45 patients chosen randomly from thetwogenders who were prepared to upper abdominal surgery in Al-Assad University Hospital,Each patient implemented nursing policy and assessed pulmonary functionby using a spirometer device and measured the degree of arterial blood oxygen saturation by Oxygenation –pulse measurement. We can notice from the results of this study that the implement of nursing policy contributed to the preservation of respiratory function in patients with the two experimental groups , particularly in the experimental group 2, which have the lower decrease in the pulmonary functions values and the degree of arterial blood oxygen saturation .
The out-of-stability state of synchronous generator which
connected to high voltage network due to the transient
situations which lead us to disconnect the generator causes
finincial and technical problems. Therfore the purpose of this
research i
s to study the stability of synchronous generator
working which connected to high voltage network through the
transient situation.This research present the posibilty of
returning the synchronous generator to synchronous-steadystate
at the late time of the transient state when the load
angle is in the out-of-stability zone through controling the
rotor-excitation and increasing the generator’s electric motive
force.This lead to increase the generator’s maximum power
and to increase the generator’s stability-torque which lead to
return the synchronous generator to synchronous-steadystate
without need of discconecting it from network.Then put
the mathmatical model.
Pneumonia kills annually about 2 millions of children aged less than 5
years to be the main cause of death at this age group. Pneumonia is treated by antibiotics,
oxygen and techniques for releasing secretions as Chest Physical Therapy (CPT). For
children, CPT includes essentially postural drainage, percussion and vibration.
This study aimed to study effect of chest physical therapy on respiratory
status among children with pneumonia.
Recently, it has been noticed that the incidence of pulmonary hypertension
in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of children hospital has increased.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the outcome of newborns with
pulmonary hypertension. This study
was conducted on 73 newborns
diagnosed by Doppler Echocardiography, admitted to the unit from 1/7/02
to 1/7/03.
High rates of hypoxia and sepsis were noticed during the perinatal period.
Treatment included good oxygenation, dopamine, alkalosis and diuretics.
The results were asThe following: complete recovery in 76.7%, Partial
improvement in12.3% and death in 11%.
The last tow results were discussed and due to otheer organic lesions
prevented the full recovery or led to death.
