Modeling solar radiation consider one of important and helpful matter in researches in generation an electric power from solar cells. Researchers interested in this subject and put number of mathematical models to modeling solar radiation. In this paper we will study one of this models (cloudiness degree model), then put algorithm for it, and based on it writing program using mathlab, then comparing this results with real value taken from position in Syrian Arabic.

The research aims to take advantage of the solar energy, as a free energy, to run a water pump powered by solar energy, and to study the effect of the intensity of solar radiation on the performance of this pump in Syrian coast conditions. This resea rch has explained the necessary mechanism for determining the capacity of the pump and the electric PV panels required for the work of the pump and the area of these panels. Studying the effect of intensity of solar radiation on the performance of water pump through studying the impact of pump altitude and solar radiation intensity on water flow range at experiment location. It demonstrated that the flow of the pump is going through two phases with the increasing values of solar radiation during the day. It was found that the increasing value of the flow of the pump before the value of (520W/m2) of Solar radiation was greater than that after (520W/m2) and this led to the loss of a part of the solar energy falling during the day, especially on sunny days, and the value of the loss was about (27%) of the total amount of solar energy falling per day.
This research includes a detailed study of the daily and monthly changes to the intensity of total solar radiation in the city of Homs (34.75N °, 36.7 E °), and a direct measurement of the intensity. The study shows that intensity increases to max imum values in summer 1100w / m2, and drops to lesser values in winter 600 w / m2. The difference between the measured values in summer and winter is due to: a change in the inclination of the sun, and implicitly solar azimuth z. This angle is at its greatest in winter and the optical path is at the maximum. Thus, the processes of scattering and absorption increase. In summer, the inclination angle is at its lowest and the optical path is at the minimum. Thus, the absorption and scattering of solar radiation are at the minimum.
Current methods for event representation ignore related events in a corpus-level global context. For a deep and comprehensive understanding of complex events, we introduce a new task, Event Network Embedding, which aims to represent events by capturi ng the connections among events. We propose a novel framework, Global Event Network Embedding (GENE), that encodes the event network with a multi-view graph encoder while preserving the graph topology and node semantics. The graph encoder is trained by minimizing both structural and semantic losses. We develop a new series of structured probing tasks, and show that our approach effectively outperforms baseline models on node typing, argument role classification, and event coreference resolution.
In this research, we reviewed how to get the relationship of the neutrino oscillation probability in the two flavor approximation, and tested the theoretical model of the oscillation solution. We show that the oscillation probability of neutrino re lates with neutrino energy, length of the baseline (the distance between the source and the detector), mixing angle  , and square mass difference 2 2 2 1 2 12 m  m m . This research shows that in order to occur the oscillation of neutrino, it must be at least one of the mass states different of zero. This means that the relationship 0 2 12 m  must be verify. In other words neutrino must have non zero mass. This result holds a huge physical importance. The first regards the Standard Model of elementary particles, which considered neutrino massless. The second regards the OPERA experiment, where neutrino have non zero mass, and cannot spreading fast equal to the speed of light and so this does not agree with the experience of OPERA, which found that the neutrino spreading faster than the speed of light in a vacuum.
This paper deals with the analysis and study of performance of solar panels, so we choose working on the solar panel (module) MSX-50, in addition to improve his power by tracking the maximum power point, this is done by using boost (step up) choppe r to obtain the largest possible capacity of solar panel. We will determine a mathematical model equivalent to the real solar panel (not ideal) through studying photovoltaic cells, where we will use the iterative method in addition to the Newton-Raphson algorithm in order to determine the value serial resistance of module Rs parallel resistance of module Rp. As has been the implementation of perturbation and observation p&o algorithm in addition studying and designing the circuit of step up (boost) chopper, and selection the components (coil L, capacitor C), based on both the operation frequency f, ripple factor of output voltage and output current . Based on the our study, we have performed a modeling process of the solar module MSX-50 using MATLAB/SIMULINK program, where we designed a graphical user interface GUI to display the module characteristics and calculate resistance Rp and Rs, in addition to build an algorithm p&o and design circuit of boost (step up) chopper. The proposed model has been applied to the ohmic load according to the principle of the maximum power point tracking MPPT, and discuss the results of two cases wich are the following the solar module is connected directly to load, connected through chopper driven by p&o algorithm.
