The neologism is a guarantee of the continuity of a language and its contemporaneity with the reality being lived locally and universally. It can be achieved in various ways that can be summarized as follows: derivation, metaphorization and semantic expansion. Introducing the phenomenon of neologism and using appropriate examples in Arabic and in French, linked with a clarification of their references and aims, will be the track along which this article will proceed.

This research was conducted in Lattakia province during the year 2012 first, to identify the current status of the production residues and agro-processing materials in the province and, second, to introduce modern methods of taking advantage of the m and raising their nutritional value. Results showed that, the most agricultural residues are not optimally used, instead, they were disposed and accumulated causing substantial losses and environmental pollution. Results showed that, the investment average ratio of legume, vegetables, cereals, and fruit trees were 75%, 65%, 60% and 40% consensually This research conclusion shows that, the optimal use of barley residue is a source of cheap protein units that are necessary for animals feeds; where the cost per unit of digested protein resulting from urea treated hays amounts to 0.5 S.Y.P. This amount represents one fifth of the cost of protein unit from barley. Also, the use of wheat straw in the cultivation of oyster mushrooms achieve significant economic results, the net profit resulting from the cultivation area of 10 m2 of oyster mushrooms using 30 kg of wheat straw was about 81000 S.P. In addition to that, the research results show the importance of agricultural waste in biogas production and the resulting compost, which in turn has achieved excellent results when fertilizing crops with it. The increase in the yield of maize, wheat, faba bean and vegetables were 35.7%, 12.5%. 6.6% and 14.1-20.6% consensually.
This research deals with the conditions and details of each infection and the means of protection and remedy, bearing in mind the importance of knowing the technology of the material used. The final part of the research deals with the details of t wo ways of repairing the partraying works an a fabric in scientific, practical, clear and Simplified way bearing in mind that repairing is a complete science by itself.
We introduce GEM, a living benchmark for natural language Generation (NLG), its Evaluation, and Metrics. Measuring progress in NLG relies on a constantly evolving ecosystem of automated metrics, datasets, and human evaluation standards. Due to this m oving target, new models often still evaluate on divergent anglo-centric corpora with well-established, but flawed, metrics. This disconnect makes it challenging to identify the limitations of current models and opportunities for progress. Addressing this limitation, GEM provides an environment in which models can easily be applied to a wide set of tasks and in which evaluation strategies can be tested. Regular updates to the benchmark will help NLG research become more multilingual and evolve the challenge alongside models. This paper serves as the description of the data for the 2021 shared task at the associated GEM Workshop.
One of the principal applications of fuzzy logic is in control system design. Fuzzy logic controllers (FLC) can be used to control systems where the use of conventional control techniques may be Problematic. The tuning of fuzzy controllers has tende d to rely on human expert knowledge, but where the number of rules and fuzzy sets is large. The Problem of generation desirable fuzzy rule is very important in the development of fuzzy systems. The purpose of this paper is to present a generation method of fuzzy control rules by learning from examples using genetic algorithms (GA). We propose real coded genetic algorithms (RCGA) for learning fuzzy rules, and an iterative process for obtaining set of rules which covers the examples set with a covering value previously defined.
The purpose of this paper is to analyse Homer’s Iliad and Odessey as allegorical epics of crime and punishment. Zeus, the supreme god, emerges as a supreme deity who resides in Olympus peak and watches what other gods and mortals do and intervenes accordingly. Close scrutiny reveals that Zeus's interventions are part and parcel of his long-range plans of justice. Thus this study shows that his judgments make these epics into didactic works intended to endorse the idea of divine retribution and justice.
