The researcher addressed the concept of administrative supervision and its importance to the phenomenon of corruption and its causes, and how to address them, as well as the importance of control in the fight against corruption. The researcher concluded at the end of this research to a group of important conclusions: there are differences between control methods which have used tocombat corruption in Tartous Companyfor Cement And Building materials Industry, and the modern quantity methods and modern analyses control methods. This paper presents a three phase shunt Active Power Filter (APF) for power quality improvements in terms of harmonics compensation. The compensation process is based on measure non-liner load currents and Active Filter currents, and then extract t he references from measured currents. Measured currents are then transferred from abc frame to d-q reference frame. A Synchronous Proportional Integral controller (Synchronous PI controller) is used. The control signals then drive the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) routine, where its output controls the Voltage Source Inverter (VSI) switching devices. The performance of the Active Filter and the Synchronous PI controller is validated though the simulink results in MATLAB environment.

This paper proposes an intelligent traffic light control system with a changeable gre en time and cycle depending on traffic density. Traffic parameters (cars’ numbers, density, flow) are collected by Loop Detectors located at each traffic signal, this data will be transmitted to the PLC controller then, PLC processes this data to produce controlling commands, it is also connected to a SCADA system which supervises the process and provides an automatic and manual control. The proposal system applies Green Wave method to connect between two junctions based on a real car velocity and sets priority for emergency car, when Loop Detector detects this car the program will be interrupted to open the traffic light needed. This intelligent system is experimented with conventional control system s’ data the obtained result is promising, it can reduce the green time, cycle time, and delayed time of each car at traffic light to its’ minimum value.
