The extensive theoretical and empirical studies about the pressure and flux speed of an incompressible fluid have shown a number of varied hydraulic problems. This is as a result of insufficiency In analyzing and studying the variable forces and factors that are changing in both direction and magnitude. These forces appear when a fluid flows inside permeable cylindrical pipes. For this reason , we took into consideration all factors and losses affecting this case. Based on that, we obtained new mathematical equations to calculate both pressure and speed. Then we placed a solved arithmetic example. Through which we showed the tendency to reach constant streaming at all times studied after adding the new parameters.
In this research, it has been studied the Fermi-Liquid density wave depending on Landau theory. The kinetic equation has been solved using relaxation time approximation at collision less condition. This is by expanding particle density function of order Plus, Zero sound modes have been calculated and attenuation rate at low temperatures. The results have been discussed and compared to the set ones and the offered theory in this domain.
Throughout this research we will study the legal rules governing the transferable letter of credit according to the following plan: The first chapter: The items of transferable letter of credit. The second chapter: The mechanism of transferable letter of credit.
Online users today are exposed to misleading and propagandistic news articles and media posts on a daily basis. To counter thus, a number of approaches have been designed aiming to achieve a healthier and safer online news and media consumption. Auto matic systems are able to support humans in detecting such content; yet, a major impediment to their broad adoption is that besides being accurate, the decisions of such systems need also to be interpretable in order to be trusted and widely adopted by users. Since misleading and propagandistic content influences readers through the use of a number of deception techniques, we propose to detect and to show the use of such techniques as a way to offer interpretability. In particular, we define qualitatively descriptive features and we analyze their suitability for detecting deception techniques. We further show that our interpretable features can be easily combined with pre-trained language models, yielding state-of-the-art results.
Deep neural networks for natural language processing are fragile in the face of adversarial examples---small input perturbations, like synonym substitution or word duplication, which cause a neural network to change its prediction. We present an appr oach to certifying the robustness of LSTMs (and extensions of LSTMs) and training models that can be efficiently certified. Our approach can certify robustness to intractably large perturbation spaces defined programmatically in a language of string transformations. Our evaluation shows that (1) our approach can train models that are more robust to combinations of string transformations than those produced using existing techniques; (2) our approach can show high certification accuracy of the resulting models.
