يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل إجراءات نقل البضائع الخطرة جوا كما نظمتها اللوائح
الدولية، و تسليط الضوء على ثغرات هذا التنظيم، و من ثم محاولة التوصل إلى حلول
ناجعة تتجسد بسد النقص في تلك اللوائح، و السعي لتوحيد تلك الإجراءات في تنظيم
واحد، وصولا إلى ضرورة تبني اتفاقية دولية تنظم نقل البضائع الخطرة جوا.
This study aims to analyze the transport procedures of dangerous
goods by air as the documents organize it, shed light on gaps of
these regulations, try to find effective solutions for replenish in this
documents, unify those procedures in one regulation, and the
necessity of adoption international convention which organizes the
transport of dangerous goods by air.
