The; research was carried out during the two agricultural seasons 2010/2011- 2011/2012 at Par. of Agriculture, Department of crops, to study the effect of date harvesting of Thymus vulgaris L. on quantity and essential oil percentage thyme leaves . Planting seeds at 5/1/2010 at polyethylene don full 250/g soil and transplanting seedlings at 1/2/2011 experiment locationn in area Al-sheikh Bader,Tartous Governator(Syria) the experiment was randomized blocks designs. with three replications, using 3 harvesting dates Before flowering stage (T1) 61 days after transplanting. Full flowering stage (T2) ater 65 days after transplanting. After flowering stage "decennary binging" (T3) 72 days after transplanting. The results showed that: The harvesting time before flowring stage gave significant increasing in percentage of moisture of herb, significantly increasing carbohydrates, fat in leaves comparing to the another date harvesting full and after flowering stages (T1,T2) respectively. The harvesting of time full flowering (T2) gave significant increase at protein percentage, ash and essential oil in thyme leaves compared to the times harvesting before and after flowering stages (T1) and (T3) respectively. The harvesting time after flowering stages (T3) caused significantly decreased moisture percentage in herb, protein percentage and fat percentage in leaves compared to the two harvestings before and full flowering stages (T1) and (T2) on another hand significantly increased of total fiber compared to the (T1) and (T2) harvesting stages during the two seasons.

Artificial intelligence review:
Research summary
Critical review

The aim of the research was to study the effect of five mowing dates (vegetative growth, beginning of flowering inflorescences, beginning of flowering, full flowering, and completion of vegetative growth at the beginning of September for plants that had previously been mowed), on some morphological, physiological, and productivity indicators of common thyme.
This research was carried out in a field during the (2016) season in Beit AL Raheb village . The agriculture was in (protected and field under normal conditions) . two wheat variets were used : Cham1 and Cham4.
The research aims to study the effect of five harvesting wed (vegetative growth, the beginning of open inflorescences flowering, the beginning of flowering, full bloom, and completeness of the vegetative growth at the beginning of the month of Sept ember and that of plants that have already cutted), some of the morphological and productivity indicators for common thyme Thymus vulgaris L . Experiment was designed by the complete randomized manner in three replicates. Statistical analysis was performed by Anova test using Genestat and account teams less moral LSD at a significance level of 5%. Results showed superiority date mower fifth morally on the rest of the dates in terms of index number of branches (16.50 branch / plant), productivity of the wet weight (55.00 g / plant), productivity of dry matter (27.08 g / plant), while the superiority of the date of the second mowing morally the rest of the appointments in terms of the percentage of essential oils (size / weight) (2.10%), also reached the top of the plant at the time of his high mowing fourth (21.50 cm). Highlights the importance of the results by identifying the optimal harvesting date to get the most fresh and dry weight of material and the highest percentage of essential oil, and the resulting economic return to the farmer healthy and beneficial to the consumer, with the continued preservation of the existence of the plant and its tender.
It is well established that sugar content of sugar beet increases as the plant reaches the biological maturity stage. This means that the sugar beet plant must be left in the field to complete its growth. Farmers are usually concerned with the hig hest yield of sugar beet roots regardless of their content of sugar, but sugar-processing companies are concerned mainly with the amount of sugar extracted from a certain weight of roots, in addition to the purity of the sugary juice. Farmers normally receives the price of their sugar beat crop based on the sugar content of the crop. Thus, in this type of farming, biological control is a worldwide-procedure. Biological maturity depends on ways of yield formation and a close control of the mechanisms of forming yield components (no. of roots / unit area; average root weigh; average sugar content) which require a detailed study of the characters of the grown cultivar and the overall conditions of the growing area. Results showed that harvesting of sugar beet sown in fall season befor the plant completes it’s growing cycle (in June) results in a big yield in addition to a reduction in sugar content in the roots which inturn results in a big loss in the national economy. Results indicated that delaying date of harvest up to ١٨th of July markedly increased root and sugar yield as well as sugar content in the beet roots. Increasing nitrogen rate up to ٤٠٠ kg / ha resulted in a marked increase in root and sugar yield / ha . On the other hand, sucrose content gradually decreased with excess nitrogen. Higher plant density (more than ١٠٠,٠٠٠ plants /ha) enforce for late harvesting in comparison with other densities for at least ١٠ days to obtain high yield of roots and sugar.
