The purpose of this research is to evaluate the possibility of implantation in chronic periodontally infected sites The research sample comprised of 20 implants were placed in 6 patients from both sex , the sample were divided into 2 groups: the control group, 10 implants were placed after waiting period of four months after the extraction and the test group, 10 implants were immediately placed after extraction in areas of chronic periodontally infected sites. Gingival index GI, marginal bone loss MBL, proping depth PD, Implant survival, evaluated for both groups. The results of the present study showed that the survival rate was 100% in control group and 80% in test group. There was no statistical difference between the test and control regarding, GI, while there was statistical difference between the test and control regarding MBL and PD during periods of follow up.

The purpose of this research is to study the effect of Subcrestal placement of dental implants on marginal bone loss in immediate implantation. The research sample comprised of 24 implants were immediately placed after extraction,12 implants have placed at Equicrestal level (6 in the maxilla and 6 mandible) served as control group and 12 impalnts (6 in the maxilla and 6 mandible) have placed at Subcrestal level served as test group. modified bleeding index MBI, probing pocket depth PPD and marginal bone loss MBL Implant survival, evaluated for both groups. Mbl were 0.85 mm in control group and 1.30 mm in test group after one year of dental emplacement The results of the present study showed that the success rate was 100% in both groups, there was no statistical difference between the test and control regarding, MBI, while there was statistical difference between the test and control regarding MBL, PPD. during periods of follow up .
The aim of the study was to compare the clinical and radiographic changes between conventional implant and immediate implant placement after tooth extraction. Ten patients of both sexes( 6male,4 female) included in this study were received 20 impl ants. Each patient received two implants in the posterior region of the mandible . Dental implants were installed in the same surgical procedure , One of the implants was placed immediately after tooth extraction (test group ) and the other one was placed 6 months after the extraction (control group ) .
The aim of this clinical study Was to Evaluation success rate of the Bone Augmentation With Simultaneous Dental Implantation using Autogenous Bone Block In Patients With Atrophic Alveolar Ridges . The study was contained 6 cases were augmented Wi th Simultaneous Dental Implantation by applying Autogenous Bone Block technique The height and width was measured by using computerized tomographic C T scan before and after the surgical operation and also resorption after six months.
Anatomical features and color characteristics of teeth may affect the recipient signals' nature during dental pulp oximetry, enamel tissue thickness may consider of the most important factors. This clinical study aimd to evaluate the effect of enam el tissue thickness of the upper premolar crown on the accuracy of dental pulp oxygen saturation readings. The results of this study indicate that there is a considerable effect of the dental tissue thickness on the dental pulp oxygenation measurement. So; it is of important to find the suitable adjustments on the PO apparatus, probe, or programs, in order to gain less effect of the anatomical variances between teeth, and thus increasing pulse oximetry measurement accuracy.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between dental anesthetic and pulse and blood pressure. A sample of 600 patients was taken randomly ( 322 males - 278 females). The research was done on patients by giving dental anestheti c with and without adrenaline . The results of the study indicated that: - The heart rate and blood pressure of the patients receiving an injection of xylocaine without adrenaline increased by average of 4% -5% respectively. - The heart rate and blood pressure of the patients receiving an injection of xylocain with adrenaline increased by average of 12%-15% respectively. - the heart rate and blood pressure were mesured after 15 minutes we found that there was not any change in the value from the previous result. - when the heart rate and blood pressurewere mesured after 30 minuts hour we found that: - The heart rate and blood pressure returned to the normal value in case an injection without adrenaline . -in case an injection with adrenaline the heart rate increase by 1 puls The blood pressure l increased by 1 cm.m.
