In this research we present results of the studying and calculating the optically active range depth for diffuse light reflected coating at change of the dispersiveness of pigment grains used in coating and wavelength of incident electromagnetic radiation. This coating consists of zinc oxide powder and organic material that acts as a binding film. The size of zinc oxide powder grains were changed between 0.2 μm and 10 μm. In addition, the depths of optically active range of diffuse light reflected coating were calculated when the absorption coefficient of the pigment used in the ZnO/binder coating changed between -1 0.1cm and -1 1000cm . The obtained results allow us optimization of the diffuse light reflecting coatings thickness at preparation determined kinds of them.

In this work, multi-layer thin films (insulator - metal - insulator) were prepared on glass substrates. Where we deposited the following order of (zinc oxide - silver - zinc oxide) by magnetron sputtering of zinc oxide and vacuum thermal evaporation technique for silver.
In this paper we present the structural, optical and electrical characteristics of ZnO thin films grown for different parameters by the atomic layer deposition (ALD) method. The films were grown on glass and silicon substrates at low temperatures. We used diethyl-zinc (DEZn) and deionized water as zinc and an oxygen sources, respectively. Measurements of surface morphology, photoluminescence at room temperature (RT PL) and Hall Effect were made for ZnO layers. The films obtained at 130°C show the highest carrier concentration (1.1×1019 cm-3) and the lowest resistivity (2.84×10-2 Wcm). The films exhibit mobility up to 19.98 cm2/Vs that we associate to the technological process used.
Thick Films have been prepared by the chemical painting method from Tungsten Oxide nanopowdersas the source compound, which are prepared by milling in a high energy ball mill for variousspans of time (1-18h) on cleanedglasssubstratesunder limited the rmal conditions. The temperature of the films have been changed from 25°C to 350°C. The films have been investigated for their sensing properties relating to 100 ppm ethanol vapor adsorption, using the (I–V) characteristics. The activation energy Ea for deposition films is deduced from the Arrhenius equation. The effect of the grain size and the thermal conditions on the sensing properties of the WO3thick films to ethanol vapor adsorption, as well as the correlations between The electrical conductivity of the WO3 thick films and the grain size of the material films are reported. The response time for films which have particle size about 70.54nm is defined at 300°C.
This research illustrates the design of a parallel plate reflector operating in the visible and near infrared fields, with a reflection and/or transmission coefficients equal to 50%, and robust to the polarization of the used light and its extinction ratio (PER), in each of the two directions of polarization (perpendicular S and parallel P). Also there is no need for accurate adjustment of the plate so that the angle of incidence is exactly equal to 45. The research has its various applications in optical measurements laboratories, laser technology laboratories, optical communication laboratories, and photography. One of the most important applications of this plate is ophthalmology devices, which can be used as glasses for people with impaired vision, light measurements in laser laboratories and optical measurements.
The experiment was carried out to study the ability of Cu and Zn adsorption on natural Zeolite using six concentration of Cu and Zn (50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300) mg.L-1 and two different diameters of Zeolite particles (0.5mm-1mm). The research aim ed to define the ability of Freundlich and Langmuir isotherms equations. specifically coefficient R2 was used to determine the suitability of these isotherms.
