ما بين عام 1996 – 2002 أجرينا (171) عملية مجازات إكليلية على قلب نابض بدون استعمال جهاز القلب و الرئة الاصطناعية CABG pump-off كانت معظم الإصابات على الشريان الأمامي النازل أو أحد تفرعاته و الشريان الإكليلي الأيمن. منذ عام 2000 بدأنا باستعمال جهاز رافع لقمة القلب مما ساعدنا على إجراء مجازات للشريان المنعطف أو أحد تفرعاته على الوجه الخلفي للقلب. كانت 58 حالة فيها وظيفة البطين الأيسر سيئة (% 30< EF) و كانت نسبة الاحتشاء ما بعد الجراحة 5 % (9 حالات)، و الوفيات كانت 85.0 % (حالتان فقط)، كانت المضاعفات الأخرى نادرة. اتسمت هذه الحالات بحسن تحمل المريض للجراحة و قلة الأيام التي قضاها في المشفى.
We studied the case of 171 patients who had CABG on a beating heart without CPB. 58 Patients had (EF < 30% ) . All Patients had CABG for LAD, 98 Patients had CABG for RCA + LAD. 34 Patients had CABG for CX + LAD. only 5 % had post operative Myocardium infarction. Postoperative Mortality was 0.85% .Other complications were rare .

This study was carried out in AL-ASSAD and Tishreen University Hospitals during
the years 2013-2015, and included 174 patients who have been treated. Male: Female ratio
was 1:2, and the average age of the sample of patients was 63. Great saphenous
vein
(medial) and internal thoracic artery Were used as grafts. analyzes blood values were
normal in all patients before surgery. after surgery it has never been transfer platelets in the
case of the beating heart .In the open-heart the average transfer platelet in patients was
(0.23), the average amount of bleeding into Drainage in the beating heart surgeries was
(902 ml) and was in the open-heart (1279 ml), the number of patients bled and the chest
was opened again because of bleeding was (14 patients) it is (8%) of total patients ,
prolonged ACT was the most important cause of the bleeding with rate (64.2%), the
percentage of patients who had Tamponade was (42.8%), the using of CPB more than 100
minutes has the greatest impact of bleeding with rate (78.5) .
This study was preformed to evaluate early results of Stenting PTCA by
determinig complications in the first 24 hrs after Stenting PTCA, we excluded
patients without stents.
Stenting PTCA was performed to 60 patients between 31/8/1998 and 31/2/199

and we monitored patients for 24 hrs.

on for words destines the annotative work to be incomplete and mired in inconsistencies, especially cross-linguistically. In this work we expand morphological inflection of words to inflection of sentences to provide true universality disconnected from orthographic traditions of white-space usage. To allow annotation for sentence-inflection we define a morphological annotation scheme by a fixed set of inflectional features. We present a small cross-linguistic dataset including semi-manually generated simple sentences in 4 typologically diverse languages annotated according to our suggested scheme, and show that the task of reinflection gets substantially more difficult but that the change of scope from words to well-defined sentences allows interface with contextualized language models.
