Cervix cancer is one of the most important gynecological cancers ,which is possible to be reduced by using early precancerous detecting technics . Objective : The aim of the study is to highlighten the colposcopy as a device for early detection o f precancerous lesions in the cervix , and compare the results with histopathology .

To calculate the dose distributions of 6 MeV photon beam at variable depth in 3D water phantom the MCNP4C2 code was used, and the simulated dose profile was compared with that of the treatment planning computer system (TPS), and a good agreement w as found between them. For achieving this aim, the radiation technology was used in preparing some polymer blends such as Poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA), Poly ethylene glycol (PEG), acrylic acid (AAC), and Acryl amid (AAm) to improving adhesion forces of polymer with wood and protecting it. The results show that the best mechanical properties was achieved by using Poly(vinyl) alcohol (PVA), acrylic acid (AAC), and acryl amid (AAm). Also, results show that by increasing the ratio of acrylic acid (AAC), the tensile strength, adhesion force, hardness, transparency, are increasing. The best tensile strength obtained was 4.79 MPa for polymer blends contains 18/% acrylic acid, 6% acryl amid, 12% poly (vinyl alcohol) when exposing to Ultra-Violet ray dose of 210 . Results, also showed that the exposing of wood to Ultra-Violet ray dose of 250 [Gry] was enough for doing sterilization, purification.
Mankind is still suffering from many diseases , and with the development of civilization there are many diseases that appear with different clinical types , but tumors, especially malignant , are still very important. Cervical cancer is the secon d common cancer in women , as it is the cause of more than 200.000 deaths annually. Hence the importance of early detection of cervical cancer and of decreasing mortality.
