نعرض في هذا البحث مقاربة لتكامل محركات البحث مع تقنيات الترشيح، و ذلك من خلال علاقة دينامكية للتهجين بين الترشيح التعاوني، و الترشيح المرتكز على المحتوى؛ بهدف التخفيف من المحدوديات السابقة، و تحسين مقاييس الدقة و الاستذكار للوثائق المسترجعة. تَستخدم المقاربة المقترحة نموذج أنطلوجي المجال (Domain ontology) في تمثيل لاحة المستخدم بهدف الحد من الأخطاء و التشويش الناتجة عن عد لاحة المستخدم ككيان واحد كما تَستفيد من تفاعل المستخدم و نشاطه، للقيام بعمليات التعليم و التكيف المستمر للاحة المستخدم؛ لتعكس بشكل دائم شخصيته و ميوله دون الاعتماد على أمثلة تدريبية فقط؛ بهدف تحسين الترشيح، و تلبية حاجة المستخدم بالحصول على المعلومات الموائمة بدقة أكبر.
We offer in this approach the integration of search engines with filtering techniques, through the dynamic relationship of hybridization between collaborative filtering and content based filtering in order to solve the past limitations and improve precision and recall of retrieved documents. The approach uses Domain ontology model in the representation of user profile to reduce errors and confusion resulting from consideration for user profile as a single entity, as well as taking advantage from user activity for adaptation of user profile to reflect the state of user.

In this research, we are studying the possibility of contribution in solving the Vehicle
Routing Problem with Time Windows(VRPTW),that is one of the optimization problems
of the NP-hard type.
Moreover, Hybrid algorithm (HA) provided that integrate

Algorithm and Guided Local Search algorithm And existence 2- Opt Local Search, based
on the savings algorithm in terms of continued of a particular objective to provide a lot of
savings. As we will compare the presented approach with standard tests to demonstrate
the efficiency, and their impact on the quality of the solution in terms of speed of
convergence and the ability to find better solutions.
In this research, we are studying the possibility of
contribution in solving the Vehicle Routing Problem With Time

the NP-hard type. This problem has attracted a lot of attention now

cause of its real life applications. However, there is still no
algorithm that provides us with the perfect solution to this problem
because of the complexity of polynomial time. This means that the
time of the solution to the VRPWTW is growing steadily with the
increase in the number of nodes .All the used algorithms have just
given solutions that are close to the optimal one.
Successful conversational search systems can present natural, adaptive and interactive shopping experience for online shopping customers. However, building such systems from scratch faces real word challenges from both imperfect product schema/knowle
dge and lack of training dialog data. In this work we first propose ConvSearch, an end-to-end conversational search system that deeply combines the dialog system with search. It leverages the text profile to retrieve products, which is more robust against imperfect product schema/knowledge compared with using product attributes alone. We then address the lack of data challenges by proposing an utterance transfer approach that generates dialogue utterances by using existing dialog from other domains, and leveraging the search behavior data from e-commerce retailer. With utterance transfer, we introduce a new conversational search dataset for online shopping. Experiments show that our utterance transfer method can significantly improve the availability of training dialogue data without crowd-sourcing, and the conversational search system significantly outperformed the best tested baseline.

Query rewrite (QR) is an emerging component in conversational AI systems, reducing user defect. User defect is caused by various reasons, such as errors in the spoken dialogue system, users' slips of the tongue or their abridged language. Many of the
user defects stem from personalized factors, such as user's speech pattern, dialect, or preferences. In this work, we propose a personalized search-based QR framework, which focuses on automatic reduction of user defect. We build a personalized index for each user, which encompasses diverse affinity layers to reflect personal preferences for each user in the conversational AI. Our personalized QR system contains retrieval and ranking layers. Supported by user feedback based learning, training our models does not require hand-annotated data. Experiments on personalized test set showed that our personalized QR system is able to correct systematic and user errors by utilizing phonetic and semantic inputs.
