In this search, we have calculated thetransverse component of energy distortion in elasticity wave modes of quantum liquid, by using Landau's theory in Fermi liquid taken in consideration the effect of transverse component of an external disturbance on the liquid. We calculated the current density related to this component, and the stress tensor component according with this state.In our search we have been considered the temperature is low enough since the relation is true, where is the Fermi temperature. We have compared the response of the liquid, for transverse componentof the external disturbance, with its response for longitudinal one in same conditions, by studding the transverse and longitudinal shear modulus (which equivalent these responses) as functions of the frequency and wave vector of the external disturbance. We have found in general that these responses are different, but they become equal in particular case , where the velocity on Fermi surface, and in this case the viscoelastic model hypotheses become true.

Landau,s – Silin Semi Kinetic Equation has been solved by this scientific paper. After taking into consideration the mutual effect between quasi particles in Fermi's Plasma under a magnetic field to get more accurate results related to coming up wi th some characteristics of this sphere. The theory of quantum liquids (quantum liquid theory) in the last few Years largely developed because of the brood spectrum of natural phenomenon relating to the limitation of parameters of the this (the parameters of the Landau Fermi liquid theory ). We aim through this paper to resolve kinetic equation for the spin density. After adding Rashba term of spin-orbit coupling that belong to Landau parameters of orders (   0,1). Also calculated the magnetic susceptibility also taking into account the mutual influence function,wich we have greeted from the collective perturbation energy. A lot of researches studies robot arms and the ability of controlling it to track targets which depends on the type of motors used, DC motors or servo motors. In addition to response time that DC and motor can give as a physical structure. Robots consists of number of junctions built of solid materials (robot arms( connected together by motors and the total structure lets the robot to move, these robots can be used in places that humans cannot act inside it or in places which we need a lot of repeated actions. Smooth and effective communication requires the ability to perform latent or explicit commonsense inference. Prior commonsense reasoning benchmarks (such as SocialIQA and CommonsenseQA) mainly focus on the discriminative task of choosing the right an swer from a set of candidates, and do not involve interactive language generation as in dialogue. Moreover, existing dialogue datasets do not explicitly focus on exhibiting commonsense as a facet. In this paper, we present an empirical study of commonsense in dialogue response generation. We first auto-extract commonsensical dialogues from existing dialogue datasets by leveraging ConceptNet, a commonsense knowledge graph. Furthermore, building on social contexts/situations in SocialIQA, we collect a new dialogue dataset with 25K dialogues aimed at exhibiting social commonsense in an interactive setting. We evaluate response generation models trained using these datasets and find that models trained on both extracted and our collected data produce responses that consistently exhibit more commonsense than baselines. Finally we propose an approach for automatic evaluation of commonsense that relies on features derived from ConceptNet and pre-trained language and dialog models, and show reasonable correlation with human evaluation of responses' commonsense quality.
