Studying the mechanics of particle systems in special relativity is one of the most complex issues. However, this study sets us up to lay the groundwork for building a set of important laws. The motion of particle masses as a whole was determined b y their energy, impulse and static mass. It was also found that the total energy of the system of mutual action requires taking into account the energies of these mutual acts between the particles. Contrary to the systems of the mutual acts of collisions, approximate formulas for interplay between charged particles were determined by studying the collision of relativistic particles-Compton's effect. Finally, the case of the movement of the charged particles of weak interacts was discussed, and the movement of the interconnected particles was discussed through mutual electromagnetic acts using the concept of mutual action between the particles of the system.
This work aims to explane and analysise some cosmic particles that reach to the earth with super high energy using the hypothesis of increasing the speed of light dated to ancient past time ,based on the energy conservation law and the mechanism of transformation between particle state and wave state.As example ,the speed of neutrin has been taken for studying.
Container terminals are different in the degree of service for container ships, which increased recently and especially in the Mediterranean, also differ in use of the amount of inputs required for operational process, which create the problem of d eclining technical efficiency of container terminals Mediterranean. Therefore, the researcher measured the efficiency (12) a major container terminal in the Mediterranean in 2010, using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Where the inputs: Number of quay cranes, and space of terminal, and the output was the annual throughput of containers. The practical results showed that the rate of technical efficiency – (CRS) was 49%, while the rate of technical efficiency – (VRS) 69.3%. Tangier container terminal achieved the best level of technical and scale efficiency, While Mersin, Algeciras, and Tartous achieved the technical efficiency only, while remaining terminals did not achieve any efficiency, Therefore advisable to reconsider in their used inputs to improve their efficiency.
The aim of this research is measure of airborne PM10 and PM2.5 concentrations in different locations in Homs during the seasons of the year, finding the relationship between PM2.5 and PM10 .
