نفى الإمام الذهبي و بعض الباحثين تأليف النسائي للمجتبى؛ بدعوى اشتماله على الحديث الضعيف المخالف لشرطه، و عشوائية عرض الحديث دون ترتيبه، بما لا يليق بمكانة الإمام النسائي، فجاء هذا البحث للتحقيق في هذه النظرة التي تمس بصلة واحداً من دواوين الإسلام الرئيسة بمؤلفه، و ليكشف عن مستوى أحاديث المجتبى و حقيقة ترتيبه، فوجد أن المؤلف سلك طرائق خفية، و اتبع منهجاً ذكياً في عرض حديثه، ينفي الدعوى السابقة، و أبرز البحث أن النسائي قسم أحاديثه إلى قسمين : قسم أول بوب عليه بمسائل فقهية، ضمنه الصحيح، ثم الحسن، و ربما الضعيف، و الدلالة المستقرأة من هذا الترتيب هي احتجاجه بأول الباب، و ذكر ما دونه للمتابعات و التفسير و أغراض أخرى، و قسم ثانٍ بوب عليه بذكر الاختلاف على الراوي، ضمنه الأسانيد التي وقع فيها الاختلاف و الخطأ..، و الغاية منه إمداد طالب الحديث بمادة علمية تطبيقية غنية، و جمع ألفاظ الحديث و بيان مختلفه و مشكله و غيره، و استنتج البحث أن وضع الحديث في المجتبى منهج و ليس اعتباطاً، و أن المجتبى تأليف للنسائي نفسه، و وجوب التفطن لعلاقة الحديث بترجمته و مرتبته و بابه قبل الاحتجاج بالحديث.

This paper discusses the poetic patterns and psychological which are
conveyed by imagery in modern Poetry Divan in Yemen, and which
Poets used to direct their meaning.
Images in poets divans varied between simile, sensational images and
metaphori
cal prosopopoeia, embodiment, "symbolism" the images that
displays poet mentality.
The psychological functions achieved by rhetorical uses create a
bridge of understanding with audience. They show a gap in the relation
between the images and psychological denotations, and they carry a
plenty of contemporary significance in their symbols, these pictures will
remain in the interior constructing context which came from undulation
of the psychological movement whether these images were sensational,
mental or symbolic. So employing the psychological rhetoric and is
denotation by the poets is confined to articulation only, but exceeds to the
inspirations & psychological undulation which addresses the conscience,
therefore the poets did not use certain rhetoric pattern or type of images
move a the others, but they widened the use of rhetoric so as to able to
deal with reality in all its facts and forms, and explain their attitudes and
feeling towards this reality.

seclusion and also some applicable examples for the evidence analogy in its
jurisprudence branches: one of them the verdict of prayer on the martyr.
Hadeeth schools are one of the most important courses taught to graduate students
in PhD programs in Jordanian and Arab universities. One of the basic elements of this
course is to establish and accomplish a concept of Hadeeth School, identifying
guidelines for the course syllabus, Finally clarifying the most important content of such
courses. This study is a contribution in building this important aspect of Hadeeth
schools, which the researcher has to clarify when studying Hadeeth schools.

الأصوات جميعها و تكرارها بمجهود عضلي مريح دون عناء و لا مشقة و ذلك باختيار الوسائل الفونيمية المترابطة التي تشكل الانسجام الصوتي و هو ما تصوره العرب من قبل و أقره علماء اللغة الغربيون -كنظرية مستقلة - و على رأسهم أندري مارتينيه.
The research aims at finding the facts through which the world is
divided to North and South. To achieve that it uses Geography Studies
that deals with physical characteristics which make natural environment
have phenomena being in north-south bas
ed conditions on Earth surface.
There're strong relations between these characteristics and the
astronomical positions according to which climate factors are projected.
And that has evaluating considerations in Political Geography. The
research also uses Human Geography means some of which may be
according to natural features like economic activities, demographic
positions and social characteristics in general. In spite of the fact that
dividing the world to North and South was done by strategic colonial
policies for some purposes, the researcher found that some physical and
human phenomena were originated in north-south based conditions in
their nature or influence. And those conditions were used by western
powers for their own interests.
