The study is prospective and descriptive it take place in the department of oral surgery in Tishreen university it concerned 32 patients presented a cardiovascular pathology having required an warfarine therapy and also need an act of oral surgery the objective of this study was to determine the INR value making possible to carry out an act of oral surgery without haemorrhagic risk we exploited the following parameters: identification of the patient, oral state, type of oral surgery, type of cardiopathy, AVK posology, INR value, means haemostasis. 56.25% of our patients had undergone a single extraction, 25% had beneficed multiple extractions and 18.75% had profited from surgical extraction the average value of the INR was 2.38 with an variance of 0.07 and an ecart type of 0.27. In favour of the haemostat means no haemorrhagic complication post operational was revealed it is allowed that the risk of thromboembolic accident by stoping the treatment is much more prejudicial than hemorrhagic risk for the patent.

Objective: Breath holding spells is a common case in children aged 5months to 6 years, and often misinterpreted with epileptic seizures.we did clinical and epidemiological assessment for BHS.We documented the relation between sex, age, familial his tory and the episodes nature blue, pale or mixed. Materials & Methods: This was a cross-sectional study in which a total of 50 children with BHS, admitted to the out patient neuropediatric clinic 2013-2014. We took full medical history and did the investigations to eliminate the differential diagnosis. Results:Most patient were 7-24 month, we noticed parental consanguinity 87% and familial history in 56%.The spells were cyanotic 70%. Anger and pain were the more frequent risk factors 64%,60%.Anemia found in 58% of patient.Half of the patient have socioeconomic problems.And most of them from nuclear family 66%. Conclusion:The study mentioned the types of spells and the risk factors and the importance of look for anemia.
Radical cystectomy is the most effective therapeutic approach for patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer. The aim of the study was to compare the clinical and radiographic changes between conventional implant and immediate implant placement after tooth extraction. Ten patients of both sexes( 6male,4 female) included in this study were received 20 impl ants. Each patient received two implants in the posterior region of the mandible . Exploration the root canals of primary molars with regard to its number, variations, and accessory canals in the furcation region. the complication of the internal anatomy of primary molars causing complication in endodontic treatment so the results of this study suggest avoiding pulpectomy in primary molars where ever possible.
