An application comparative study between primitive equation and derived equations is conducted, using the experimental results of coffee sample. By applying primitive and derived equations, the number of nuclei of the irradiation isotopes is found to be more accurate when using the latter, but the calculation is found to be more difficult. The difficulty can be avoided, using computer software.

Gardenia jasminoides is considered as a plant of tropical and suptrofical regions. This plant has a great importance in Germany and Syria. Despite that this research has been done in Germany, it is possible to generalize it for Syria as it was cond ucted in stable laboratory conditions. The experiment was conducted in the environment of greenhouse no. 5 at the Higher Gardening Institute- Branch of Ornamental plants in Berlin. Cuttings imported from Denmark were used after being stored in an atmosphere of high relative humidity reaching 95-100%.
The search carried out in Homs Agricultural Scientific Research Center on the field of Eriobotrya Japonica during 2013 and 2014 using the naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) on two cultivars of Eriobotrya Japonica of Cypriot origin (Karantoki and Morfou ) growth on the native rootstocks and reduce fruit setting percentage, the age of the trees 15 years, has been used material NAA concentration 20 - 40 ppm.
This study was done to determine whether use of nebulized salbutamol therapy for treatment of an acute attack of asthma in children is associated with hypokalaemia and if so what is its frequency, severity and what is accompanying clinical symptoms 103 child, aged 3 years to 14 years with asthma attack, treated with three doses of nebulized salbutamol 0.15mg/kg, every 20 min participated in the study. Blood for serum potassium was obtained at the beginning and after three doses of nebulized salbutamol therapy. The mean serum potassium level decreased from 3.94 mEq/L to 3.28 mEq/L (P < 0.05). A decrease in serum potassium concentration was noted in 93 child (90.3%).). Mild hypokalemia formed the highest proportion in 43child (41.7%) followed by moderate hypokalemia in 28 child( 27.2%). Severe hypokalemia did not happen. This decrease was accompanied with clinical symptoms (palpitations 23,muscle weakness 21,nausea 15, headache 12,myalgia 11,vomiting 9).These symptoms were moreclosely to moderate hypokalemia.
This paper deals with a geochemical study of radioactive elements (uranium, thorium, and potassium) in rocks of different composition within the Latakia sheet, where the concentration of radioactive isotopes 238U, 232 Th, 40K was determined using a high-purity germanium detector, and an X-ray diffraction method-was (XRD) used to determine the mineral phases. The study showed a variation in the concentration of 238U, 232 Th, and 40K in the rocks of the study area, and it was observed that the radioactivity is mainly related to the element thorium, due to the presence of metals carrying thorium. The low concentration of potassium in most samples is due to the low percentage of mica and feldspar metals, or their corruption to elite and montmorillonite. The ratio Th/U indicated a suitable reference environment for deposition of uranium in most sedimentary samples, and this high percentage in the ophiolitic complex samples (with the exception of serpentinite rocks) is due to the oxidation and migration of uranium from these rocks towards rocks of sedimentary formations, and the stability of thorium and is not affected by oxidative conditions. The ratio Th/K indicated the predominance of elite and montmorillonite in most samples, with the presence of weather-resistant thorium-bearing metals in the basalt sample, and the sediments of Lake 16 October. The mineralogical study revealed the existence of mineral phases of uranium and thorium, in addition minerals carrying radioactive elements such as monazite and zircon
The analytical relationship that gives the neutron beam flux does not take into account the probability of decay. In this research, we concluded the analytical relationship of the probability non decay of free neutron during the passage of the sam ple to be analyzed by NAA. And the conclusion of the analytical relationship to the probability of non-capture of the free neutron during the its passage of the sample to be analyzed by NAA in a simpler method than the previous conclusion. We conducted an application study to investigate the effect of the probability non decay of free neutrons, that flowing through sample, On the flux of transient neutron beam, for neutron beam with various large thickness samples and for different energies of neutrons. The effect of probability of neutron decay on neutron beam flux could not be negligible for all the energies which are bigger than of thermal.
