The environmental culture is often absent from the minds of investors. Thus, devoted architect efforts in the field of production form،Without regard to the extent influenced by the concepts of sustainability. As well as the impact of production on the environment negatively. We find architectural products require high operating costs. Because of exaggeration in the use of materials may not be environmentally compatible. The architect alone is not responsible. There is also a lack of appreciation from the community. Or interest in the traditional entrance in Architecture, (Use of traditional solutions in climate treatment( In addition to the lack of real environmental legislation to deter it. It is imperative to make binding for buildings and tourist complexes existing environmental procedures. And adherence to the study is necessary to reach the tourism respectful of the environmental standards. Reduction of the consumption of resources and on the design process and the level of sustainable tourism level. This paper deals with the process and presents the basic steps that you must follow in resolving such buildings. And through monitoring some recreational facilities and tourist complexes around the world. It explains the general effects that led to the development of this type of buildings. It also includes some of the foundations and the general principles and standards-setting process to adjust the design and architectural sketch. In order to address such buildings academically in Syria.

The preparation of the environmental impact assessment report (EIA) with high quality is one of the important elements in the effective translation of this practice into this process. The objective of this research is to assess the quality of a set o f EIA reports belonging to different development sectors on the Syrian coast using the package "Cooley & Lee" (Lee at all 1999), in addition to conducting a questionnaire of the environmental impact assessment in the coastal area with some experts to find out their views on the quality of the reports executed and the difficulties of working, and taking their views on the legislation adopted in Syria. This research reveals the existence of several weaknesses and shortcomings for the preparation of reports in some areas, and the need for guidance especially in the coastal area which will develop this process. Finally, we provide suggestions and recommendations that will improve the environmental impact assessment process in general.
The environment is the effective framework in which man lives and interacts with him, and with the development of the human being and the growth and increase of his requirements, this led to various changes in the ecosystem, which can be positive or negative, and the need to reduce the negative impact of the change on the ecosystem and raise the level of the positive impact.
In this paper, the thermal performance of the doctors and nurses housing building in Aleppo walls, consisting of the hollow blocks with inside styropor sheet and compare it with a wall consisting of hollow blocks with eternal continuous insulatin g styropor layer and the effect of adding continuous insulating layer on the existing walls. The study showed that the use of the block with inside styropor slice was not useful regarding the thermal behavior and causing large and intense thermal bridges generation. However the use of block with continuous styropor layer made the temperature distribution more uniform and reduced the energy flux by 36.7-70%.
This research examines the impact of physical environmental Uncertainty on the environmental management accounting (EMA) adoption level. Specifically, it aims at defining the relationship among the government's environmental policy, environmental resources and services used by the organization, environmental products, markets and demand, green competition, environmental technology in the industry, the behavior of environmental stakeholders in the organization, and how major environmental issues are affecting the organization concerning EMA adoption among manufacturing companies in Syria. Drawing from the contingency theory, the research seeks to identify the extent to which physical environmental uncertainty influences EMA adoption level. Hypotheses were constructed based on a direct proportion relationship between the physical environmental uncertainty and EMA adoption level. A total of 68 managers working in 20 Syrian manufacturing companies participated in the survey. Physical environmental uncertainty was tested against the EMA adoption level via simple regression analysis and correlation. The findings indicated that there is a direct proportion relationship between the physical environmental uncertainty and the EMA adoption level. The findings were discussed, and some recommendations and suggestions were provided.
The human has a long history in the adaptation of architectural spaces with a view to its compatibility with the requirements of the environment in which they live, including, try as much as possible to create architecture consistent with the data environment with all its climatic, social and economic components. This mismatch between the architecture and the environment has continued for so long of time right up to contemporary period in our local area and where large gap occurred between architecture and the environment led to the absence of environmental studies in the local buildings, which reflected negatively on the natural environment surrounding components and created buildings uneconomical high cost in terms of operating . Considering that administrative buildings one of the most important urban fabric components of the city was to study the environmental architecture applications in these buildings in the case of the city of Latakia, the great importance which indicated that these buildings are far from the concepts of environmental architecture and it is limited to designs very primitive in terms of the environment and the possibilities of harmony and compatibility with Environment. This gap between the environment and building administrative building invited us to the need to call attention to environmental architecture and quickly begin to develop and controls systems that work to create an administrative building environmental sustainability and achieve the desired economic and interact with the surrounding natural environment and ensure the health and psychological life to its users.
