Control charts have been applied in this research, as a measure of Statistical Quality Control (SQC), to control the quality of cotton-polyester blended yarns produced at Al-Wleed Spinning Company. This method is not currently applied at the compa ny, and it is used in this research to check whether or not the production process is statistically in control, and whether or not the variations in quality characteristics are random and cannot be controlled or assignable and can be dealt with.
The properties of produced flour of wheat are affected by two basic factors: the first is the used wheat properties, the second is the milling technology, and other factors are related to wheat preparation process milling process like the gap betwe en the roller milling and still other random factors. The aim of this research to study the variation of technological properties (moisture content, protein, and ash), color, and rheological properties of produced flour in commercial mill during two month and using a one type wheat and in the same mill, which will show the effects of random factors of the mill process on the variation of produced flour properties at tow point the first at the end of production line and the second at packaging line. Stability of produced flour properties have been determined by using individual control charts. Rheological properties have been studied just for packaging line samples. The variation of technological properties of packaging line sample were greater than production line sample, and laying many sample points out of limiting lines shows that the milling process is out of control. Control charts of rheological properties shows that one sample point out of limiting line, but it still in the range of standard methods repeatability which is mean the process is under control according to packaging line sample rheological properties.
This research deals with study and analysis the issue of adjust and control the production process by using the Quality Control Charts (Control Panels) for variables , in order to measure products quality during production process , by knowing deviat ions amount occurring in production process , causes, time and place deviation then take appropriate corrective actions. the quality control charts show graphic measurements over time and show the lower, central, and upper limits of the process that we want to control and quality control in order to distinguish between natural changes that caused by general reasons inherent in the process and the changes that caused by specific reasons. The research focuses on kinds of Quality Control Charts, the case have been applied on Jood Factory for assembly electrical tools, such as Control Charts for variables which includes Average chart ( X ̅- chart ) , standard deviation chart (s ̅ – chart), range chart (R – chart), and units chart (X– chart), the control lines were drawn by using SPSS program. The research concludes realistic results confirm that the company doesn't have an application of statistical techniques in quality control such as Quality Control Charts and there isn't clear scientific method according to athletic basis followed in process control. Jood company has certificates of Syrian and European standards of quality control so it had to be a recommendation for the company related to use statistical control charts in all production stages , and put periodic developmental specialist training programs in quality control field with the need to include a statistical cadre to staff working in the company, and the importance of measuring process capability to make sure of its abilityto achieve quality within the specified standards, and use control limits of six standard deviation about process average.
Quality Control procedure Of Gamma Spectrometry measurements using semi conductor HPGe Detectors and determination the uncertainty budget of the measurements and calibrations have been prepared. Depending on this procedure we can evaluate the qual ity of the results to be accepted or not, and where the correction actions should be used.
