The penalty for delay penalties is a financial penalty for the administrative contract.
However, the delay fine has a special effect on the contractor with the administration. It is
subject to a different legal system that is different from what it
is It is in civil contracts It
signaled a decision issued by the administration without resorting to the judiciary, and
without the need to prove the damage, because the delay in the implementation of the
administrative contract is in itself an injury to the public facility that monitors the contract
for his benefit and thus harm the public interest which is the holy purpose of the
administrative contract.
This research offers assessment of the urban streets in Lattakia city center. These arterials
form main traffic links between major regions. Therefore, Traffic improvement on these
streets will have great effect on improving level of service (LOS),
increasing speeds,
decreasing delay time, decreasing the emissions and traffic accidents.
This research was done on six streets surrounding Lattakia city center for defining LOS.
Floating vehicle was used in this study. Many trips were executed during free flow and
peak periods for measuring free flow speed, Travel time and average speed.
Every street was divided into many sections. This study uses field method and computation
method adopted by Highway Capacity Manual (HCM2000) for defining LOS on streets
and comparing results.
This study showed low values of LOS for most sections and it indicated deference between
field method and computation method. Also, it expressed the necessary to take suitable
procedures to increase LOS on these streets.
Voice over IP Protocol is an important Internet voice connection, characterized by high
quality of service. In this work, we will assess how today's Internet service matches its
expectations by examining the performance of the Voice over IP protoco
l and its quality of
service. We have relied on the method of selection of encoders first within some
parameters to obtain the simulation result of the comparison and analysis (QoS). Which we
adopted on VoIP protocols in the case of multiple users with three algorithms for the
symbols, and after determining the problem in this range, we took a number of factors into
account due to their impact on sound performance, such as jitter and Delay. This action
simulates three of the most common encoders (analog audio conversion and packet
compression), G.711, G.723.1 and G.729. The main objective is to achieve high-quality
sound performance by making the appropriate decision in the choice of sound encoder.
Studying the mechanics of particle systems in special relativity is one of the most
complex issues. However, this study sets us up to lay the groundwork for building a set of
important laws. The motion of particle masses as a whole was determined b
y their energy,
impulse and static mass. It was also found that the total energy of the system of mutual
action requires taking into account the energies of these mutual acts between the particles.
Contrary to the systems of the mutual acts of collisions, approximate formulas for
interplay between charged particles were determined by studying the collision of
relativistic particles-Compton's effect.
Finally, the case of the movement of the charged particles of weak interacts was
discussed, and the movement of the interconnected particles was discussed through mutual
electromagnetic acts using the concept of mutual action between the particles of the
system.
In this paper, spline technique with five collocation parameters for finding the
numerical solutions of delay differential equations (DDEs) is introduced. The presented
method is based on the approximating the exact solution by C4-Hermite spline
i
nterpolation and as well as five collocation points at every subinterval of DDE.The study
shows that the spline solution of purposed technique is existent and unique and has
strongly stable for some collocation parameters. Moreover, this method if applied to test
problem will be consistent, p-stable and convergent from order nine .In addition ,it
possesses unbounded region of p-stability. Numerical experiments for four examples are
given to verify the reliability and efficiency of the purposed technique. Comparisons show
that numerical results of our method are more accurate than other methods.
In this paper, we assess the Voice Over Internet Protocol
performance by comparing the performance of two protocols
used in VOIP such as SIP and H.323. Moreover, we evaluate
the quality indicators such as delay and packets loss. For this
purpose
OPNET simulator is used as suitable simulation
technology.
Long Term Evolution “LTE” is considered to be one of the most
important and latest communication technologies falling under the fourth
generation of cellular communications technology 4G. LTE supports
high-speed and large bandwidth which makes it
a great candidate to
providing the potential to improve the Quality of Service "QoS"
associated with specific types of data transfer. As a consequence,
researchers have paid their attentions to this type of networks. In fact, it
was a great challenge for researchers to achieve a good level of QoS for
all users as the LTE provides Audio and Data transmission to users at the
same time.
In this paper we used Liapunov’s Second Method for study of
stability of differential equations system with delay.
The average queue size relates to network load according. The previous
studies have focused on the average queue size as a constant value and
did not take into account the changing behavior of curve queue size
before reaching the steady state (whi
ch calculate mathematical
relationships). We focused on the queue size in the pattern of M/M/1 and
M/M/1/L.
The wireless sensors network applications are widely used in health monitoring systems. In fact, they contribute to the qualitative development of these networks so as to ensure the tireless clock surveillance, and improve and regulate the quality of
monitoring. Associated with improving the performance of wireless medical sensor networks WMSN is improving data transfer mechanism which is one of the most important areas of interest to research and study in recent times.
Hence the importance of this research lies in the study of the structures of wireless sensor networks that can be used to control the wards in hospitals, health centers and monitoring care. The research also draws necessary recommendations and suggestions for the selection of appropriate medical wireless sensors networks structure and proposees appropriate medium access control mechanism in order to build networks of different sizes.
This has been done by proposing appropriate scenarios for surveillance applications to perform simulation that is similar to the working conditions of the networks. This can ensure the transfer of nodes data to the main access point and can give an opportunity to study the impact of network architecture and how to use the data transfer technology, specifically the use of ZigBee technology, both with beacon mode enabled inenabled. Improvement was evaluated based on the basic parameters in such networks, such as throughput, the time delay, and the delivery ratio. The study found a set of recommendations regarding the size of the network, the type of structure and the mechanism used to access medium.
