The urinary bladder malignant neoplasms are the member of the most common malignancies through the world. The diagnosis of bladder carcinoma in its late advanced development evokes the surgeon to radical cystectomy. The studying points are the correc
t diagnosis, histological types, histological grade and pathological stage of the disease, in order to achieve the best treatment and prognosis. The morphological examination of bladder biopsies were done routinely, the total biopsies were 250, obtained from 194 patients (172 male, 22 female). The low grade tumor were 41, and high grade 149.although the early stage diagnosis were 138, and the late stage 66, always we must detect the lesion early for the best life after the treatment. may be useful in the future study and detect the reason of predominance the male gender in bladder tumor, also we hope, that we can discover the role of inflammation in arising the neoplasm of bladder.
This study was performed in the Research Laboratory of bees at the Faculty
of Agriculture, University of Damascus, Samples were collected from the
coastal region of Syria (Lattakia and Tartus), during the year 2009-2010, The
work aimed to conduct morphological characterization of bumblebees Bombus
terrestris (L.) in Syria, through some measurements to determine the
distribution (of this type of bees in the Syrian) regions.
Sixty yeasts spp. were isolated from samples of whey which collected from
different locations in Syria. These yeasts were classified morphologically
according to Barnett’s and physiologically by API technique to identify the
species of Yeasts, whe
re had found 10 classified yeasts as follows:
Candida krusei is the most of yeasts which founded in whey with 21.66 %,
and in the Second rank is Candida lusitaniae with 16.66 %. the third rank came
(Geotrichum capitatum, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Rhodotorula minuta) with
11.66%, after that the Candida magnolia is ranked in the fourth rank by
distributing with 8.33%. as soon as the Candida famata came in the fifth rank
with 6.66%, and in the sixth rank we founded Candida lipolytica with 5%,
finally the Rhodotorula. mucilaginosa and Candida. kefyr came in the last rank
with 3.33%, so we noticed the variety of the yeasts in the studied locations in
Syria.
