This study aimed at exploring the effect of the empowerment in job satisfaction among workers at Syrian banks .To achieve the objectives of study a questionnaire was developed to collect data from the study sample, a total of 120 questionnaires wer e distributed of which 90 questionnaires were returned and were ready for analysis Data were analyzed using a number of statistical techniques including: the mean, standard deviationand Stepwise Multiple Regression, ..etc. it was found that the independent variables of empowerment (effective communication, motivation, training, and team work) affect the dependent variable (job satisfaction).While the delegation of authority does not have a statistically significant effect.
The research aims to study the relationship between the role of effective leadership of the work teams on the one hand, and between the promotion of organizational learning in TISHREEN University, on the other hand, where the researcher distributed a questionnaire to a sample of theoretical and applied colleges in TISHREEN University amounted to (240) questionnaire was recovered (230) questionnaire Including. To test the relationship, the researcher using the Student T test for one sample, as well as the Pearson correlation coefficient. The research by the study that there is a rise in the level of effective leadership in colleges under study, as well as a rise in the level of each of single and dual-loop learning in colleges under study. The research concluded that there were significant relationship between effective leadership of the work teams, and organizational learning at TISHREEN University, and thus the existence of the role of effective leadership of the work teams in promoting organizational learning in theoretical and applied colleges in TISHREEN University. The research found a set of recommendations and proposals that will contribute positively to the role of effective leadership of the work teams in promoting organizational learning.
The research aimed at determining the effect of work team size (number of members per team) on the effectiveness of teams working at the Scientific Agricultural Research Center (SARC) in Lattakia. This is in addition to determining the best team si ze for these teams. The study used the T7 Model, a questionnaire used for measuring work team effectiveness. The questionnaire was distributed on to 190 members who constituted 44 teams. The 44 teams were the study sample chosen from the whole research community which constituted the work teams in (SARC) The study revealed a number of results of which are the following: there is a significant negative correlation between team size and all the internal factors affecting effectiveness, together with significant differences between the effectiveness of small teams and big teams. However, there is no correlation between team size and the external factors affecting team effectiveness.
