The call for the amendment and reform of the international system which established
the United Nations has become an urgent demand of the Member States through a new set
of international legal norms to overcome the stalemate and paralysis in the Un
ited Nations
bodies and through activating the founding charter of the organization, which has been
defunct for more than half a century, the thing that negatively affected the role of these
bodies and lead to its failure in keeping international peace and security due to the control
exercised by the superpowers on the international system and the decisions taken by the
organization, especially in the Security Council.
Based on the above, we will study the reality and the future of the United Nations in
the light of the changes offered by the international system and how the organization can
respond and adapt to these changes and keep up to the challenges ahead of it and be in the
level of expectations of the international community, according to the statements in its
Constitution.
This research attempts to discuss the issue of the most important issues which
concern to the international forums and platforms on their different backgrounds and those
of Cryptography and confusion winning in the concept of international legitima
cy and the
credibility and the vibration of international organization that represents the backbone of
the current international system. Therefore, we will explore this topic through three main
axes: firstly the issue of International Polar Is it single or multi-party, and the second issue
of the international legitimacy of the legal and chartered items angle, and Axis III: aspeds
and manifestations of deviation winning in the international legitimacy and which led to
the increase of hotspot of tension on the international stage and showed the futility and the
limited role of the United Nations in finding solutions to them.
Syria raised through successive positions of linking the five seas: the Mediterranean,
Black and Caspian and the Arabian Gulf and the Red Sea project, politically, economically
and socially to unite its efforts and pursue their interests, and thus
face of the Zionist
project, which works to break up the region.
It is an ambitious project and successful by all standards where it's works to establish
a new history in the region, but suffered a setback in accordance with the current
international and regional data, and that what is happening for years in our region in
general and in Syria as especially being in the heart of the project is the result of a conflict

the global level, represented by the international economic blocs are trying to influence the
first circle of the international system and these conglomerates that have emerged on the
international scene is the BRICS bloc. The controversy in the literature of international
relations on the impact of the international system architecture in the behavior of actors in
which units both State systems subsidiary and now the forces of an effective non-state such
as international economic blocs, is a big part of theoretical studies it is known that all
theories of positivism realism, especially in its many forms, progress big scientific material
in this area, and we have many of the scientists and researchers of international relations
through various studies and multiple research attempted to determine the factors and the
pillars of the impact of these units in the behavior of the other, and to identify the reasons
behind it, and in this research is to determine the role of economic blocs international in
influencing the international system, specifically the bloc BRICS started at the beginning
of 2011, began to turn from the international economic community to influential political
group in the world politics, where political positions linked to fully link economic welfare,
represented by permanent members (Russia and China), in the Security Council.
