The object of this research is to identify the techniques used by
male and female staff to influence their chiefs in the governmental
work environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, especially those
most or less commonly used, and the differences between male
and female employees in the use of these techniques, as well as to
identify the relationship of personal variables with the methods of
influence and the most important factors affecting the techniques
used by subordinates to influence their chiefs.
Applied study was conducted to look at the banks and the
insurance sector and other sectors in Damascus security market ، which has made
the event for a period specified in the period before and after the event and using
statistical test.
