The present study aims at highlighting the importance of
describing and categorizing assignments regarding the functional
level, and it aims at adjusting it in order to promote the performance
of institutions. Unless each assignment is being perfo
rmed as it should
be, in order to achieve its goals, the institution cannot perform its tasks
and cannot achieve its general ends. Hence, the institution cannot
perform it anticipated role in society due to the administration and
organization's failure.
يتولى القانون الإداري تنظيم السلطة الإدارية, فهو يحكم العلاقات التي تنشأ بينها و بين الأفراد عند ممارستها لهذا النشاط بوصفها سلطة عامة.
