تمت دراسة أثر التعتيق الصناعي على تطور الخواص الميكانيكية لسبائك الألمنيوم ذات
النوع 6063-T5 حيث تم أخذ عينات لمقاطع ألمنيوم مشكلة بعملية البثق لنسبة تخفيض
و حرارة واحدة, و من ثم دراسة أثر التعتيق الاصطناعي على تغير قساوة و متانة مقاطع
الألمنيوم و ذلك على مرحلتين لحرارتين و زمنين مختلفين ثم على عدة مراحل مقارنة
بالطريقة التقليدية التي تتم على مرحلة واحدة لحرارة و زمن واحد.
The effect of artificial aging on the revolution of mechanical
properties of aluminum alloy 6063-T5 has been studied. Samples of
aluminum profiles which are formed by extrusion process have
chosen, then studied the effect of artificial aging on the hardness
and mechanical properties by applied two aging stages and many
stages comparing to the traditional way which be done in one stage.
