This work discusses the feasibility of applying a small and inexpensive GPS, a Field Strength Meter (FSM) and a personal computer, that can activity and rapidly determine the Geo-locations of RF cooperated emitter, which have a wide range of both m ilitary and civilian applications. The emitter’s Geo-coordinates can be estimated by a single moving observation system, which receives signals from the emitter, and measures his Geo-locations and Field Strengths of the transmitted signal at four Positions Analytic Formulas are derived to calculate the location of Emitter, which detected from four Positions by using of Linear Algebra or pseudo range’s solution, The MATLAB was used to solve the four Equations and to simulate the Geo-Positions on Geo-Map.
In this research, we went into case of relative equilibrium for two punctual bodies and non-punctual rigid body. We supposed that the bodies are isolated and they revolve around their common center of mass. We cared with the case which in the rigi d body is tight or pressured sphere, and its symmetry plane is motion plane of the two punctual bodies. We looked for the near relative equilibrium positions of Lagrange points, we found that there are relative equilibrium positions when centers of three bodies' masses are heads of isosceles triangle, its vertex is center of spherical body's mass, and near of Lagrange triangle which is equilateral triangle. In mentioned relative positions, we showed that the spherical body will get near from the two punctual bodies if it's pressured and it will move away from them if it's tight.
The employment of multiple antennas at the transmission and reception side for the formation of a MIMO system contributed significantly to improve the reliability of transmission and increase the data rate. In the last decade, this system represent ed the backbone of wireless communications which paved the way for the development of many techniques in this area. Therefore, there is a need to study the most important of these techniques and compare its performance analysis. This research deals with several closed-loop MIMO techniques : (P-OSM) which maximizes the minimum Euclidean distance in the received signal constellation in order to reduce the bit error rate, (X and Y Precoders) which improve the diversity gain of MIMO system. The aim is to study and analysis the performance of previous techniques in practical scenarios of wireless communication systems in the presence of limited feedback channel. The results shows the possibility of practical employment of the P-OSM technique in a simple way compared to other techniques due to its good performance and low complexity order.

Hence, we take the coastal area as a case study where there are number of modern wastewater treatment plants of small agglomeration and is being work, as Kherbet al-Maaze wastewater treatment plant in Tartous. Using STOAT, the study shows a good efficiency and performance of Kherbet al-Maaze WWTP using (ASM1,ASAL1) models, and we could build several scenarios like arrival of high pollution load to the station in order to evaluate and predict its performance.
This research discusses the operational integration mechanism between a seaport and a free zone, a case study on Jebel Ali Free Zone; selecting Jebel for its high performance and distinguished position achieved on both Arabic and International leve ls; definitions of the various types of free zones were introduced as well as a figure representing the mechanism of operational integration supported by a thorough analysis of the current cargo flow between Jebel Ali Free Zone and Port on various fields and levels, such as custom clearance, informatics such as Tradnet , Main, Mirsal and Electronic Data Interchange, and its role in creating such integration, a statistical hypothetical tests were conducted on the relationship among the number of containers handled at the port and free zone , exports , imports and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The research concluded the importance of benefiting from Jebel Ali Free zone experience of integration between the seaport and free zone.
