Today, more than ever before, the world has become a small cosmopolitan village as a result of the information, communication and communication revolution that humanity is witnessing under a globalized capitalist system that has turned itself into passive peripheries and active centers. In the context of the existing global capitalist polarization, peripheral countries suffer from double backwardness; they are both technologically and structurally backward. Thus, find themselves faced with the challenge of this complex backwardness, both in the field of productive forces and in the field of relations of production. The challenge of underdevelopment, in the first field, requires engagement in world system centers through capitalist market mechanisms, prevalent there and at the global level. In addition, the challenge of backwardness, in the second field, requires disengagement with these centers in order to build new non-capitalist relations of production, as a structural condition necessary to ensure the development of productive forces with local resources and competences. This will soon lead to the disconnection of dependency linkages, and thus national control over the engagement itself. Hence, the engagement is a necessary element for disengagement, which does not mean autarchic, in any case. As a result, logically and objectively, the dialectics of engagement and disengagement are connected organically to the dialectics of market and planning, in a way that is related to the need of developing the productive forces and building the productive relations with a different essence.

The study included 200cases of apparently healthy adults attending hospitals of Damascus University, medical students, nurses and graduated doctors, whose aged over 18 years and of both genders during 2015, were excluded 11 cases of diagnosed diabe tes, 35 cases of anemia, so the cases were 154. The study showed that the prevalence of prediabetes was 14,9%, and the prevalence on females was higher that on males (9,1% versus 5,8% respectively). While the prevalence of IFG was 9,1%, and mostly with the age group 38-47 year. The most risk factors in our study were obesity, central obesity, hypertriglyceridemia and high blood pressure. The study also showed high fasting insulin levels and increased insulin resistance in patients with IFG, and showed a moderate positive linear correlation between fasting blood glucose and insulin resistance. It also appeared that it could not determine if the insulin resistance is the cause or result, but the patient enters in defective circle.
The presented paper deals with an implemented speed sensorless direct vector control (DVC) technique based on stator flux orientation algorithm to estimate and control rotor speed of three phase induction motor (IM). The driver system is presented in this paper has a three phase bridge uncontrolled rectifier and space vector pulse width modulated (SV-PWM) inverter to drive and control the speed of the (IM) at different mechanical load conditions. The rotor speed has been obtained by slip frequency estimation instead of use feedback speed sensor. The structure of Volt/Freq via PI-controller is used to control and adjust speed accuracy between required and estimation rotor speed to precise speed response. The proportional and time integration controller values obtain by Ziegler-Nichols closed-loop tuning method. Computer simulation results with Matlab/Simulink program show an acceptable speed control response, minimum error at steady state and dynamic condition, a results show also the stator voltage, current and flux estimated in direct-quadrate of stationary and synchronous reference frame at variation in load up to (10 N.m) beside the synchronous, slip and rotor speed estimation are varied between (250-1486 rpm). Keywords: Induction Motor Drive System, Direct Vector Control, Speed Sensorless.
This research aims to define doubt indicators that help auditors in Syria to know the existence of significant doubt about the ability of an entity to continue as a going concern, and how much these indicators are close to the indicators defiend in the international standards auditing No 570. And know the additional auditing procedures that are followed by auditors in Syria in case of the existence of any events or circumstances that influence the going concern , and how much these procedures are close to the indicators defined in the international standards auditing No 570. This study concluded that existence of frequent financial losses and the increase of current liabilities over current assets are considered the most important indicators that help auditors working in auditing company under study in evaluating going concern.
Furniture was designed for a specific functional use, and lasted like that for a long period time, but with a lot of innovations and diversity of configurations and materials, without any significant change to its basic functions. Later on, with th e change of lifestyle, new types of furniture began to appear with multi- functional uses with its ability to shift from one format to another to produce a new element with new function.. This phenomenon crystallized clearly at the beginning of the industrial revolution, but in that time it has provided solutions to the emergent problems; this type of furniture has lured many people with its quick disappearing and appearing within the interior space, but it remained at a lasting development it bordered the style format and use. This raises the question about the purpose of producing these products, which started to take the form of a type of fantasia and this became more important towards the function they serve.
Abstract Although current CCG supertaggers achieve high accuracy on the standard WSJ test set, few systems make use of the categories' internal structure that will drive the syntactic derivation during parsing. The tagset is traditionally truncated, discarding the many rare and complex category types in the long tail. However, supertags are themselves trees. Rather than give up on rare tags, we investigate constructive models that account for their internal structure, including novel methods for tree-structured prediction. Our best tagger is capable of recovering a sizeable fraction of the long-tail supertags and even generates CCG categories that have never been seen in training, while approximating the prior state of the art in overall tag accuracy with fewer parameters. We further investigate how well different approaches generalize to out-of-domain evaluation sets.
