Samples of Trout dived into aqueous extract of ginger in different concentrations (5-15-25)% for one minute and then preserved at 4±1 cº for 13 days. It has studied the effect of aqueous extract of ginger in bacterial load, including general bacterial census and the census of pseudomonas. It was also identified the values of the pH and some organoleptic qualities of meat such as color, smell, texture and taste.

The aim of the research was to find out the effect of some acidic pre servatives on the pseudomonas of the cultivars, which are considere d the main cause of the spoilage of trout meat in different degrees of cooling.
The research aims to study the possibility of lengthening Remember chicken meat, chilled by his treatment extracts the oily plant cardamom, cinnamon, Zingiber and also curb the role of the pseudomonas bacteria in chicken meat spoilage through conservation radiator with anti impact during the oily extracts.
The antimicrobial activity of aqueous extract of Zingiber Officinalis were tested for their antifungal activity against the following dermatophytes :Candida albicans, Cladosporium cladosporiosis , Cryptococcus neuphormans, Trichophyton violaceum a nd against other four bacteria : E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes. The extract used in traditional medicine for the treatment of nausea was tested in vitro through the Agar Disk Diffusion Method. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of extracts determined by the Agar dilution method ranged from 1.5 to 12.5 mcg. The most sensitive microorganisms to the extract were Candida albicans with MIC 1.5 and E coli with MIC 1.5 mcg.
Decreasing serum lipids is still blocked by chemical drugs which have many side effects, and to achieve a safe medicine, this study aims to investigate the act of aqueous extracts of dried and fresh Zingiber officinale roscoe at tow doses on the le vels of total cholesterol, HDL high-density cholesterol, LDL low-density cholesterol, and TG triglycerides in rat with hypercholesterolemia, resulting from hypothyroidism, caused by propyltheouracil PTU.
The effect of some essential oils taken from Cinnamomum zeylanicum, Citrus limonum and Rosmarinus Officinalis was investigated in relation to the growth of bacteria Paenibacillus larvae which causes American Foulbrood disease that affects world hon ey bees Apis mellifera L. The study was carried out in the laboratories of the Faculty of Agriculture, Damascus University from 2012 till 2013. This is in order to contribute to preparing an integrated pest management program for American Foulbrood disease. The oils were extracted from the plants using steam distillation. The effects of the concentrations of oils on the growth of P. larvae were tested between (3.90625 - 500 μg/ml) using agar disc diffusion in petri plates. Results showed that the essential oils used stop the growth of P. larvae in some of their concentrations. The minimal inhibitory concentrations which stop the growth of P. larvae of the oils of Cinnamomum zeylanicum, Citrus limonum and Rosmarinus officinalis were recorded at 31.25 μg/ml, 62.5 μg/ml, 125 μg/ml respectively.
