The Objective is to study the relation between craniocervical posture and skeletal patterns of malocclusion in the sagittal plane in adults , None of them had a history of previous orthodontic or orthognathic surgery treatment by using lateral cephalometric radiographs. our sample consisted of 71 adults patients; class I (n=21) , class II (n= 30 ) , class III (n=20 ) .All radiographes were taken in natural head position.

Impacted mandibular third molar area has been a topic of interest for a long time, and one of the most investigated parameters for two reasons:1- the lower third molars are the second most frequently impacted teeth[1,2 ]. 2- the lack of space is cons idered to be the major cause of this.so the radiographic diagnosis for this area is an important issue for orthodontists because of it's important role in mandibular third molar eruption wich play an impact on lower arch crowding and stability of orthodontic treatment. Objective:to study the relationship between impacted mandibular third molar area morphology and mandibular length in adults with skeletal malocclusion in the sagittal plane and to investigate the effect of sex on this area in these subjects by using cephalometric radiographic.
The nose plays an important role in diagnosis and in orthodontic and surgical treatment plan. The aim of this study is to evaluate the relationship between the nose shape and the underlying hard structures. This study has been done in orthodontic d epartment / Damascus University.
This study aims to determine the skeletal problems in sagittal plane in patients with congenital hypodontia. In this study, 96 cephalograms were taken of Syrian coastal father and mother. The sample was divided according to gender and to location of the missing teeth. The angles SNA, SNB and ANB were studied.
