Our study focused on the relationship between root Trunk length prevalence, Types of root trunk and furcation involvement in molars. Statistical results presented short root trunks in maxillary (1st & 2nd) molars were located buccally , whereas the long root trunks is located mesially. Also for Mand. (1st & 2nd ) molar short root trunks were found buccally but the long root trunks where found lingually and the lingual root trunks were longer in mand, 2nd than mand 1st molars.

furcation involvement occurs in the term of chronic periodontitis, and gives the involved tooth worse prognosis, so that it represents a problem for diagnosis and treatment. The aim of this study was to compare clinically the surgical treatment of second degree- furcal involvement in mandiblur molars (that each of them has one furcation), using Er:YAG laser versus conventional surgery.
Few researchers have made a comprehensive study of the morphology of the root canals of the primary molars. Thorough knowledge in internal anatomy of the primary molars is useful in reducing the problems of endodontic therapy arising due to the ana tomical variation in root canals, which are clinically difficult to be detected. Exploration the root canals of primary molars with regard to its number, variations, and accessory canals in the furcation region. the complication of the internal anatomy of primary molars causing complication in endodontic treatment so the results of this study suggest avoiding pulpectomy in primary molars where ever possible.
When the caries become near the pulp in primary molars, the treatment will be the pulpotomy to remove the involved coronal portion of the pulp, preserving the vitality and function of the remaining radicular portion. Formocresol, Glutar-aldehyde, F erric sulphate, AMT, Laser application and Electro surgery may used in primary teeth pulpotomy.
Apical root resorption is a common adverse effect during orthodontic treatment, specially the intrusion forces. Apical photographs by using the parallel technique and with the help of some formulas were the most common approaches to investigate th e root resorption. The aim of this study was to study the reliability of periapical photographs in evaluating of root length shortening during orthodontic intrusion forces, by comparing with that diagnosed by using the CT-scan images.
Study of basaltic rocks in the Rastan region showed the presence of many morphological and petrographic varieties compatible with rocks of Alhesen castle region. Chemical analyses of studied rocks proved to be alkaline rocks with sodic-potassic na ture. Rotten parts of studied rocks considered an important source of civilian installations, paving roads, and as materials for manufacture of cement, in addition to their academic importance in Petrological, paleogeographic, and tectonic studies.
