يعد التقلص التصلبي و ما ينجم عنه من إجهادات داخل الترميم، فضلاً عن التسرب الحفافي و ما ينجم عنه من تلون حفافي لاحق، من أَهم المشكلات الرئيسة لترميمات الراتنج المركب. تسعى الدراسات الحديثة إلى استخدام طرائق مختلفة للإقلال من حدوث التسرب الحفافي، و من هذه الطرائق تحري تأثير استخدام التصليب الضوئي ذي الشدة البدئية المنخفضة في درجة حدوث التلون الحفافي اللاحق لترميمات الكمبوزت المنجزة سريرياً على أرحاء مؤقتة.
Curing shrinkage with its resulting stresses inside the restoration, and
microleakage with its resulting marginal discoloration are the most important problems that face
composite restorations. The new studies try to use a lot of ways to reduce it. One of these ways is using
soft-start light curing.
Investigate the clinicale influence of using soft start light curing method on marginal discoloration of
composite restoration of primary molars.
