The purpose of the present study was to radiologically assess the hard tissue changes around the immediately loaded implants single tooth bioactivated with plasma rich in growth factors ,placed in the mandibular posterior region . Twenty dental implants placed in 13 patients had at least single edentulous space in the posterior region of the mandible using single stage procedure after bioactivation the implants surfaces with plasma rich in growth factors.

Background& Objective: The success of implants is based on the quantity and height of the alveolar bone which reduce in the patients with chronic periodontitis. The purpose of this study was: to estimate the success of short implants activated by pl asma rich in growth factors in the posterior areas of bone resorption following chronic periodontitis and radiographic study of the crestal bone height.
Many complications are associated with the surgical removal of impacted third molars. One of these complications is the formation of a deep periodontal pocket distal to the second mandibular molar . Plasma Rich in Growth Factors is a material conta ining many growth factors Which have an essential role in wounds healing and tissue regeneration. The aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of autologous PRGF in bone regeneration techniques to prevent development of periodontal pocket at the distal root of the mandibular second molar following extraction of an impacted third molar.
Chin area is considered as a suitable donor site for autogenous bone grafts for alveolar ridge reconstruction before dental implantation. Despite the common use of chin bone grafts, some neurosensory deficiency of the of the lower lip, chin area , gingiva and lower anterior teeth may occur. Purpose: Evaluation of neurosensory deficiency of the lower lip, chin area , gingiva and lower anterior teeth following chin bone harvesting for posterior mandibular alveolar ridge reconstruction.
The purpose of this research is to study the effect of Subcrestal placement of dental implants on marginal bone loss in immediate implantation. The research sample comprised of 24 implants were immediately placed after extraction,12 implants have placed at Equicrestal level (6 in the maxilla and 6 mandible) served as control group and 12 impalnts (6 in the maxilla and 6 mandible) have placed at Subcrestal level served as test group. modified bleeding index MBI, probing pocket depth PPD and marginal bone loss MBL Implant survival, evaluated for both groups. Mbl were 0.85 mm in control group and 1.30 mm in test group after one year of dental emplacement The results of the present study showed that the success rate was 100% in both groups, there was no statistical difference between the test and control regarding, MBI, while there was statistical difference between the test and control regarding MBL, PPD. during periods of follow up .
The aim of this study was to identify the configuration of the mandibular canal radiographically in the vertical direction on Digital Panoramic Radiographs to evaluate the relationship of the mandibular canal with the Status of the third mandibular Molar which will add important diagnostic radiographic signs specially before performing extraction of the mandibular 3rd molar .
