The Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) offers a different concept in the creation of pavement and concrete dams it’s dry Beaton (Zero Abrams slump), with a low water content, and includes of dense mix consisting of graded coarse aggregate, and cementations materials, and water, this makes it so difficult to compact it in big thicknesses layers without using large energy rollers compactors. concrete conveys by trucks, placed and compacted by using equipment asphalt pavement. The main advantage of this technique is in reducing the completion time and cost savings in labor and the possibility of replacing traditional materials in road paving. It also provides a solid surface smooth and polished, and would facilitate the operations of traffic expected in all circumstances and various factors such as axial loads and environmental conditions. This paper presents a new technology for the manufacture of Roller compacted concrete samples by applying a mechanism of Vibro-compaction pressure on samples of fresh concrete. It had Been manufactured concrete samples differ from their limestone filler content, and after conducting an analytical study of the results of tests of these samples has been reached to ideal feller content for this type of concrete by reliance on the mechanical strength and speed of evolution with time as criteria for the basic design.

The study was accomplished on proteins (caseins – whey proteins) of local milk after producing casein by precipitation with ethanol , and whey proteins by heat precipitation. The functional properties (Water Binding – Emulsifying Properties – Gelatio n) were studied on prepared milk proteins , the witness experiment (pure casein) was followed for comparison. This functional properties were repeated after adding xanthane and starch with three different concentrations for each kind of proteins , then the results were compared. For statistical analysis, the system of totally –random selections was applied, and a comparison was made as of L.S.D test, and possibility level at 5%. The results showed improvement in functional properties of prepared milk proteins when xanthane and starch were added in the percentage ( 5 - 5 – 10 % ) for the properties (Water Binding – Emulsifying Properties – Gelation ) respectively.
The accelerated structural expansion in most countries has resulted in a major problem related to providing the necessary concrete for these buildings. Besides, the buildings that have become out of service recently has posed a real problem represent ed in demolishing them creating a large amount of hard-to-manage aggregate. The necessity to get rid of the aggregate have opened up the possibilities for attempting to use it as a relative substitute for the natural aggregate. The research focuses on recycling these aggregate in an attempt to use them in producing concrete and other construction materials. The research deals with one of the mechanisms of benefiting from these recycled aggregate through using them in producing concrete through treating the aggregate produced from demolition, and mixing them in quantities that reflect their actual ratio. The results are of great importance economically and environmentally.
This research studies the effect of the addition of polypropylene fibers (PF) on the properties of the swelling clayey soil. The effect of PF on the shear strength of the clayey soil has been studied and the results show that adding PF, up to spec ific value, increases the shear strength. Beyond this value of addition, the shear strength decreases. The increase in shear strength was about (100-110) % and the optimal addition ratio was determined.
The extended crack resistance of concrete is necessary in the desisn of nonlinear behavior of structural It can be described through the intensity stress factor and the critical crack opening under maximum force. The length of the crack is necessary for calculating intensity stress factor and the critical crack opening under maximum force. The aim of this work is to conehede the relations between intensity stress factor and the critical crack opening under maximum force with the material properties of concrete such as paste volume, compressive strength and maximum aggregate diameter. The length of crack is calculated using the analytical model of Olesen that depends on bilinear softening, and the parameters of the softening curve were found using inverse analysis. The experimental results of three point bending test for beams with different sizes which are made from concretes with different compressive strengths are used in the inverse analysis. It is found that intensity stress factor and the critical crack opening under maximum force depend on paste volume and they increase when F'c increases, while they are independent from maximum aggregate size.
Croissant is a light, sponge texture, flaky, crescent shaped breakfast roll made from white yeast-raised dough interleaved with butter in the same way as puff pastry. Factors studied included a combination of different levels of weak acid salts p reservatives (potassium sorbate, calcium propionate, and sodium benzoate; 0–0.3%). Samples storage for 4 months, pH, water content, water activity, texture and fungi account were measured in different times.
