we seek to ensure laser stability , during its work , with time , and consistency of specifications and efficiency (returns), the cooling of the active medium and optical elements, are sensitive to the proper cooling method, in economic terms and in terms ease of work. Cooling technique helps prolonging the life of laser systems ,its stability and optimizing its operation. So the total cooling efficient lasers , Scientific and Industrial is essential when designing a laser and helps improving the specifications of lasers , gaseous or solid or semiconductor . In addition to that cooling has a good impact on the age of the laser , and safety of its use . The designed cooling system , necessary for a certain laser system , depends on the amount of heat generated from the system(in Joule), which must be removed by the cooling system to keep the laser at specific temperature

Calculation of fire resistance for any structural member divided in two independent steps . The first step involves predicting the temperature distribution inside the structural members, referred to as ‘thermal analysis’. The second step of the analy sis, termed the ‘structural analysis’, is carried out for the main purpose of determining the response of the structure due to static and thermal loading. The first stages of analysis are discussed in this paper, using finite element method by a structural analysis program " ANSYS "
There has been a clear and rapid development in signal processing systems, this development comes as a result of the availability of modern techniques in electronic systems and also as a result of achieving mathematical algorithms which were effec tive and perfect for signal processing. One of the most important application in signal processing is the digital image processing techniques. Sampling process is regarded as one of the basic and important operations in signal processing, from which we obtain samples that can represent the original image in perfect way. We present in this essay an affective algorithm which helps to arrange onedimensional samples from two- dimensional samples image. This enables to obtain a series of samples which has an ability of representing images with concern of their general structure. Also the neighborhood correlation of image points is respected, in addition to carrying out the subsequent treatments with less mathematical cost.
The aim of this paper is to test the influence of the laser brightness on the retina of eye of lacerta laevis, and the value of the distortion or damage in the construction of photoreceptors (Cones), which are responsible of the viewing process or in the pigmentary epithelial layer which protect from the high light intensity. On the other hand, the continuation of the exposure to the He- Ne laser beam the number of the damaged cells, that causes the loss of entire photoreceptor layer. The results show similar effects at specular reflection. Hence, it is very important to pay attention to the hazard emerged from the laser beam in visible range, which requires to apply the special goggles, as well as to keep the laser pointers out of reach of children.
This study focuses on studying the effects of Electric Field of deferent frequencies (20Hz – 3MHz), on RBCs after being irradiated by (690μW) of He- Ne Laser, with testing some blood characteristics like osmotic fragility, Conductivity and Dielectric constant.
In this paper, an analytical and mathematical study of the PCM wallboards was done by simulate its thermal behavior, depending on governing heat transfer equations which describe the phase change process of the PCM wallboard . A mathematical model was done and used to simulate the thermal behavior of several different structures of the wall (single PCM wallboard, PCM wallboard + thermal insulation layer, PCM wallboard + a concrete block).
