The purpose of this in vitro study to evaluate the effect of ceramic primer on the bond strength of adhesive resin cement to zirconia ceramic surface.
The leishmaniasis is a serious health problem in Syria, due to the wide spreading of Leishmania tropica parasite , the difficulty of controlling the reservoirs of parasites, and there is no specific ,safe and active therapy .Due to lack of studies of Leishmania tropica genome , as initial step we detect the presence of SW3 gene.
This study aimed to compare the effects of different enamel etching techniques for bracket bonding strength. The sample consisted of eighty human premolars were randomly divided into four equal groups. The enamel surfaces of the teeth were etched with 35% orthophosphoric acid in Group 1 , air abraded with 50 μm aluminum oxide prior to acid etching in Group 2, Trans bond Plus Self-etching Primer (TPSEP) in Group 3 , Er: YAG laser in Group 4. After enamel etching procedures, brackets were bonded with Trans bond XT , then shear bonding test was performed using a testing machine (Tinius Olsen).
the leishmaniasis is a serious health problem in Syria, due to the wide spreading of Leishmania Tropica parasite , the hardness of controlling the reservoirs of parasites, and there is no specific ,safe active therapy. A Heat shock protein 20 HSP2 0 belongs to the small HSP (sHSP) family.
Background Resin bonded fixed partial dentures appeared to prevent the excessive preparation of dental tissue Investigation of surface treatments to improve the bond of resin cements to metals may contribute to the longevity of these restoration s. Due to the potential lack of ideal preparation form the type of alloy and its surface pretreatment may have clinically relevant correlations with the retentive strength of castings to minimally retentive preparations Aim The aim of this search is to study the bonding resin cement strength to different types of the metal alloy due to the surface treatment Purpose Evaluate the effects of two different surface treatments on shear bond strength SBS between a palladium silver alloy Pb Ag and commercially pure titanium CP Ti cast alloy with resin luting cements
Partial veneer crown has appeared to prevent the excessive preparation of dental tissue with complete crown and the major reason success of this prosthesis could be strength of cementation. Therefore the latest studies have been focusing on develo ping new material and technique to increase the bonding strength and using new technique for surface treatment or change type of metal alloy. The aim of this search is to study the bonding resin cement strength to different type of metal alloy due to surface treatment.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the shear and tensile bond strengths of orthodontic brackets bonded with self etching primer and resin-reinforced glass ionomer cement in comparison with light cured resin adhesive. The tested self-etching primer and adhesive systems produced bond strength values higher than that of the light cured resin adhesive whereas the resin-reinforced glass ionomer cement showed a significantly reduced bond strength . Clinically, the use of self-etching primer and adhesive systems is suitable for orthodontic bracket bonding.
