The level of job satisfaction among social instructors at elementary schools (stage one) at Homs city according to some variables

The aim of this study is to learn the level of job satisfaction of social instructor according to the variables of gender, work place, and expertise. The study sample consisted of 70 social instructor in Homs 20 male and 50 female. The researcher designed a questionnaire to measure the level of job satisfaction (2016).
