The purpose of this article is how to use HPLC technique for analysis of
some vitamins. The studied vitamins are niacinamide (vit.PP), pyridoxine
hydrochloride (vit.B6), riboflavin (vit.B2) and thiamine hydrochloride (vit. B1),
which can be found
in some Syrian pharmaceutical preparations.
Serum levels of vitamins E and C were measured in 15 patients with Osteoarthritis
( OA ) and those patients received Magnesium 10mg /kg /day for
two weeks ,and 15 healthy subjects as a control group

disease activity and /or sevirety .
