Divorce settlement

After the study we made,it is clear that adivorce settlement is adivorce with the agreement of the couple which is done with positively and acceptance. And its legitimacy has been proven by the Holy Quran, the noble sunnah, consensus, and reasonable. And the origin of it is the hate, and the Syrian court of cassation adapted the divorce by settlement as an irrevocable divorce, which is followed by dropping of each of the couple,s financial rights to wards the other like the dowry and the previous expense.

Marital Disorders and Its Connection to Some Variables on a Specimen of Couples in Latakia, Syria. (Educational Level, Method of Choosing Spouse, Age difference between the Couples)

The aim of this study is to find out the relationship between marriage adjustments with regard to each of the following independent variables: the couple's educational level, the method of choosing a spouse, and the age difference between the couple. As a result, there has been a statistical indication between marital adjustment and the educational level of the couple where both the convergence of couple's educational level and having highlevel education increase their adjustment.
