In this paper, we study the FCNC decay processes of $B$ and $B_c$ meson, in which one invisible particle is emitted. Both the spin-0 and spin-1 cases are considered. The model-independent effective Lagrangian is introduced to describe the coupling between the light invisible boson and quarks. The constraints of the coupling coefficients are extracted by experimental upper limits of the missing energy in $B$ meson decays. The bounds are used to predict the upper limits of branching fractions of corresponding $B_c$ decays, which are of the order of $10^{-6}$ or $10^{-5}$ when final meson is pseudoscalar or vector, respectively. The maximum branch ratios are achieved when $m_chiapprox3.5- 4$~GeV, where $m_chi$ is the mass of the invisible particle.

Using the existing state of art of the QCD expressions of the two-point correlators into the Inverse Laplace sum rules (LSR) within stability criteria, we present a first analysis of the spectra and decay constants of B_c-like scalar (0^{++}) and axi al-vector (1^{++}) mesons and revisit the ones of the B^*_c(1^{--}) vector meson. Improved predictions are obtained by combining these LSR results with the some mass-splittings from Heavy Quark Symmetry (HQS). We complete the analysis by revisiting the B^*_{0}(0^{++}) mass which might be likely identified with the B^*_J(5732) experimental candidate. The results for the spectra collected in Table 2 are compared with some recent lattice and potential models ones. New estimates of the decay constants are given in Table 3.
In this paper, we calculate the total decay widths for the $W^+$-boson decays, $W^+ to B_c+b+bar{s}+X$ and $W^+ to B^*_c+b+bar{s}+X$, up to next-to-leading order (NLO) accuracy within the framework of the nonrelativistic QCD theory. Both the fixed-or der and the fragmentation approaches are adopted to do the calculation. Differential decay widths $dGamma/dz$ and $dGamma/ds_1$ are also given. We find that the NLO corrections are significant in those two $W^+$ decay channels. Our numerical results show that at the LHC, there are about $7.03times 10^4$ $B_c$-meson events and $5.10times 10^4$ $B^*_c$-meson events to be produced via the $W^+$-boson decays per operation year.
A search for decays of $B_c^+$ mesons to two charm mesons is performed for the first time using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 fb$^{-1}$, collected by the LHCb experiment in $pp$ collisions at centre-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV. The decays considered are $B_c^+to D^{(*)+}_{(s)} overline{D}^{(*)0}$ and $B_c^+to D^{(*)+}_{(s)} D^{(*)0}$, which are normalised to high-yield $B^+to D^+_{(s)} overline{D}^0$ decays. No evidence for a signal is found and limits are set on twelve $B_c^+$ decay modes.
Recently, many new excited states of heavy mesons, especially the radially excited states, are discovered. The study of the production processes of these states from the ground b-flavored mesons is of interest. In this paper, we use the improved Beth e-Salpeter method to study the semi-leptonic and non-leptonic decays of $B$, $B_s$, and $B_c$ mesons, where the final states are focused on the radial excited $2S$ and $3S$ states. We find that many channels have branching ratios up to $10^{-4}$, which are within the detection accuracy of current experiments.
We consider the possibility that the heavier CP-even Higgs boson~($H^0$) in the minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM) decays invisibly into neutralinos in the light of the recent discovery of the 126 GeV resonance at the CERN Large Hadron Coll ider (LHC). For this purpose we consider the minimal supersymmetric standard model with universal, non-universal and arbitrary boundary conditions on the supersymmetry breaking gaugino mass parameters at the grand unified scale. Typically, scenarios with universal and nonuniversal gaugino masses do not allow invisible decays of the lightest Higgs boson~($h^0$), which is identified with the $126$ GeV resonance, into the lightest neutralinos in the MSSM. With arbitrary gaugino masses at the grand unified scale such an invisible decay is possible. The second lightest Higgs boson can decay into various invisible final states for a considerable region of the MSSM parameter space with arbitrary gaugino masses as well as with the gaugino masses restricted by universal and nonuniversal boundary conditions at the grand unified scale. The possibility of the second lightest Higgs boson of the MSSM decaying into invisible channels is more likely for arbitrary gaugino masses at the grand unified scale. The heavier Higgs boson decay into lighter particles leads to the intriguing possibility that the entire Higgs boson spectrum of the MSSM may be visible at the LHC even if it decays invisibly, during the searches for an extended Higgs boson sector at the LHC. In such a scenario the nonobservation of the extended Higgs sector of the MSSM may carefully be used to rule out regions of the MSSM parameter space at the LHC.
