We study P-groupoids that arise from certain decompositions of complete graphs. We show that left distributive P-groupoids are distributive, quasigroups. We characterize P-groupoids when the corresponding decomposition is a Hamiltonian decomposition for complete graphs of odd, prime order. We also study a specific example of a P-quasigroup constructed from cyclic groups of odd order. We show such P-quasigroups have characteristic left and right multiplication groups, as well as the right multiplication group is isomorphic to the dihedral group.

Given a family $F$ of subsets of a group $G$ we describe the structure of its thin-completion $tau^*(F)$, which is the smallest thin-complete family that contains $I$. A family $F$ of subsets of $G$ is called thin-complete if each $F$-thin subset of $G$ belongs to $F$. A subset $A$ of $G$ is called $F$-thin if for any distinct points $x,y$ of $G$ the intersection $xAcap yA$ belongs to the family $F$. We prove that the thin-completion of an ideal in an ideal. If $G$ is a countable non-torsion group, then the thin-completion $tau^*(F_G)$ of the ideal $F_G$ of finite subsets of $G$ is coanalytic but not Borel in the power-set $P_G$ of $G$.
We prove that a random group in the triangular density model has, for density larger than 1/3, fixed point properties for actions on $L^p$-spaces (affine isometric, and more generally $(2-2epsilon)^{1/2p}$-uniformly Lipschitz) with $p$ varying in an interval increasing with the set of generators. In the same model, we establish a double inequality between the maximal $p$ for which $L^p$-fixed point properties hold and the conformal dimension of the boundary. In the Gromov density model, we prove that for every $p_0 in [2, infty)$ for a sufficiently large number of generators and for any density larger than 1/3, a random group satisfies the fixed point property for affine actions on $L^p$-spaces that are $(2-2epsilon)^{1/2p}$-uniformly Lipschitz, and this for every $pin [2,p_0]$. To accomplish these goals we find new bounds on the first eigenvalue of the p-Laplacian on random graphs, using methods adapted from Kahn and Szemeredis approach to the 2-Laplacian. These in turn lead to fixed point properties using arguments of Bourdon and Gromov, which extend to $L^p$-spaces previous results for Kazhdans Property (T) established by Zuk and Ballmann-Swiatkowski.
In this paper we give a recursive formula for the conjugacy growth series of a graph product in terms of the conjugacy growth and standard growth series of subgraph products. We also show that the conjugacy and standard growth rates in a graph produc t are equal provided that this property holds for each vertex group. All results are obtained for the standard generating set consisting of the union of generating sets of the vertex groups.
A relationship between continued fractions and Weyl groupoids of Cartan schemes of rank two is found. This allows to decide easily if a given Cartan scheme of rank two admits a finite root system. We obtain obstructions and sharp bounds for the entri es of the Cartan matrices. Key words: Cartan matrix, continued fraction, Nichols algebra, Weyl groupoid
The commuting graph of a group $G$ is the simple undirected graph whose vertices are the non-central elements of $G$ and two distinct vertices are adjacent if and only if they commute. It is conjectured by Jafarzadeh and Iranmanesh that there is a un iversal upper bound on the diameter of the commuting graphs of finite groups when the commuting graph is connected. In this paper we determine upper bounds on the diameter of the commuting graph for some classes of groups to rule them out as possible counterexamples to this conjecture. We also give an example of an infinite family of groups with trivial centre and diameter 6, the previously largest known diameter for an infinite family was 5 for $S_n$.
